"As we checked in the room (room number: 2016), we found the room type was different than the one shown on the website. It was clear that two beds were movable. For most of the people I guess, the beds are not confortable cause they are not fixed. Moreover, the beds were located next to the window. I could here the traffic outside all night. What made it worse was that we were not asked that our room had been changed or somehow .......no ! Nothing at all."

"La'gent Hotel Okinawa is a fantastic choice for a hostel stay! The location is super convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The bathrooms are impressively clean—definitely the best I've seen in a hostel. The amenities are great, too! I stayed in a room with four beds, and everyone was respectful and quiet, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. The common area for food was also kept tidy, making it a nice spot to hang out. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and clean hostel option!"

"The hotel is very clean and spacious. It is a pity that there is a balcony but there is no slippers for the balcony. The scenery is an ordinary city view. Unfortunately, the weather on the day I went was not very sunny. The curtains in the room are very shading, and the whole room will become very dark during the day, which should be quite good for people who sleep lightly. Toothbrushes and combs need to be picked up on the first floor. The refrigerator space is oversized and can ice a lot of food. There is also a freezer to use. The hanger has deodorant spray, the taste is not long-lasting, but the service is very intimate and very good.  My favorite is that there is a free washing machine and dryer, but there is no laundry detergent, so you need to buy it yourself. The hotel staff is very kind. Although the clerk does not speak Chinese, the housing instructions can be seen in Chinese. When you check in, you will be asked to fill in the email. I didn't know the intention. Later, I found that it was an introduction to the nearby attractions. Super plus points are very intimate. The disadvantage is that the location is not too convenient, you must have a car to reach If you happen to find a hotel near here, you can consider it. "

"Large hotel with spacious rooms, though a bit dated but clean and well maintained. Nice beach and great sea views from the rooms. But there are many limitations, especially for foreign tourists and those without a car. First of all, this place is rather remote, though not very far from Naha city but getting there will take about 2 hours on the Airport Hotel limousine bus , fare is ¥1430 per person, and there are not many services per day, if you miss the bus, you have to walk 30 minutes to Yomitan village to take the public bus, which takes more than 2 hours to Naha, or pay through your nose with taxi which costs more than ¥12,000. Almost none of the staff are able to converse in English effectively, reception staff will need to translate with an I pad and show the translation to customers. Being a large international resort hotel , they are extremely strict with the check in time, our limo bus arrived at about 1.30pm , when we asked to be checked in ,the reception staff said ok, but she told me ”early in 3000”, which I couldn't understand initially, she later showed me on her I pad , which displayed ” early check in fee ¥3000 for 1 hour”, there is no way to get a check in on arrival without paying a fee if you arrive early, even when the rooms are ready- which is unthinkable for anywhere else in the world ! It appeared that all guests arriving early decided to wait in the lobby till 3pm. Guests were not even offered any welcome drink, which was unthinkable for a resort hotel. Each room here cost more than ¥30,000 per night . Many other cons , which are rather unacceptable for foreign tourists- All the TV channels are in Japanese. Rather far away from any eating places , and not many choices. In rooms - the aircond cannot be set lower than 22 degree C , there is no shower cap and spoon provided."

"The receptionist is attentive, the facilities are clean and hygienic, very comfortable, and sleep well."

"The hotel has a multi storey parking for hotel guest use, free of charge, but need to have a chop at front desk. Also there is a Aeon nearby which is tax free. We buy a lot of souvenir there! Hotel is located just next to American Village Depot Island. It is just across the street... and u will find plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment there. Although the view is not good, there is a balcony in our room. There is also a public bath (free of charge) as well...open till very late, many people go there at night. Remember to go before sunset as the sea view is great and many people go there for photo taking."

"I have stayed in two of his apartments. I originally wanted to book the one by the sea, but I don't know why I couldn't book it with my children. In the end, I had to choose this one. I was amazed when I opened the door. The space was bigger than the previous one and it was very clean. I went to Okinawa five or six times, and I stayed at MRKINJO every time. It was clean. There was a microwave in the room. Every night we bought various cooked food bento boxes at the supermarket, and we heated them up for breakfast the next day. It was OK. It was a 3-5 minute walk to the surrounding supermarkets. There were all kinds of places to eat, including barbecue, udon noodles, pasta pizza, sushi, and beef rice, which were a 5-10 minute walk. The nearest beach is (Araha) Park, which is a 20-minute walk. There is a pirate ship slide for children to play. It is very interesting to pick up more than a dozen hermit crabs by the beach. Because my 13-year-old brother likes fishing, we spend a lot of time fishing at various beaches. Except for going to (zoo) (aquarium) (AEON), which requires bus or taxi, we go to the beach on foot😊3-4 beaches are almost within 30 minutes' walk. I recommend a photo of the sunset at the beach. There is no apartment."

"This hotel is so generous! At 15:00-18:00 there’s welcome drink and snack such as Red wine, White wine, Beer, soft drink for free. 21:00-23:00 also provides free drink and snack including Gin Whisky etc. People are so crazy for that! The swimming pool facilities is so clean and suitable for kids! But the check in 15:00 & check out time 11:00, if you only book one night, it seems that the swimming time is not very enough!  The breakfast buffet has various food and also provides alcohol in the morning, so crazy!  There’s no restaurant nearby, you have to drive!"

"We had a fantastic stay in Chatan. The rooms are outdated as most of the hotels in the island but it is very comfortable, spacious and clean. We had to work as well and the internet worked perfectly. Nice balcony with distant sea view, wash machine and a safe were all a plus. It is very close to very nice restaurants and 15 walk to the bus station. We would have liked to stay longer but in the future will always be our place to stay :)"
