"It was very lovely designed room. The pink room was looking almost same in picture and the room temperature was very warm from the enterance. The room was clean overall but there was a cockroach appeared during our stay. The amenities was reasonable and not a bad quality. The breakfast was better than our expectation and reasonable price too.

"There are two accommodation providers in one building:
(Sota Suites and Urban Stay)
I booked through Urban Stay and checked in via their website.
The lobby on the 2nd floor does not assist with check-ins for the other provider.
Parking Facilities
There is ample parking space, so there are plenty of spots available even late at night.
Cleanliness
There were flying insects on the balcony, but since I did not open the door, there were none inside the room.

There is a variety of restaurants and several convenience stores nearby.
Breakfast
I did not use the breakfast. For that price, there are plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute walk.
Swimming Pool
They provide two swimming pool tickets per night.
I received four tickets for my two-night stay.
The staff there were very friendly, and the water is shallow, so it is not dangerous.
However, the water is on the colder side, so if you have children, I recommend having them apply sunscreen during the day. If there was anything bad about it, it was the air conditioner control function.
It doesn't maintain the temperature even after you set it.
It just turns on when it starts getting really hot and you're exhausted from the heat.
It doesn't adjust even when it gets extremely cold, so I woke up several times.
It seems to have a ”windless” function, but it only turns the air conditioner on and off."

"It was a recently built hotel, so it was clean and well-maintained as a lifestyle accommodation. I didn't need to charge my phone, so there was an automatic charger installed, and the refrigerator was large, which was nice. It was a partial ocean view, but I could still see the ocean well. However, another hotel right in front of the hotel blocked the view a lot... We never ate ramen, but there were still residues in the strainer when we poured it in the sink... That felt a little dirty.
There was nothing to order or eat around, so we had to go to Sokcho to eat or buy something. Other than that, I liked everything else."

The hotel in the middle of no where, hard to by walking to reach. And no restaurant around. Only hotel food which don’t have much options.
No sure about the facility as windy day.

"Because it's a newly built building, all the appliances are brand new.
The room is fully equipped with an induction stove, cooking utensils, a drum washing machine, and a refrigerator (freezer). It's a resort-like experience.
The location is perfect, between Yangyang and Sokcho. The convenience store is located on the first floor, and breakfast is 15,000 won per person.
It's better than wasting time going out to eat.
Even though Seongsu is notorious for the rip-off season in Gangwon-do, we booked here on a fixed rate basis.
We had a wonderful time, from surfing to exploring. I've had many unfortunate experiences while traveling in Gangwon-do, but this accommodation was truly the best."

"It's a great location, right on the beach, near the village on the right side of Jukdo Beach.
It's a JD Launzi building, but it's structured so that three different operators operate the hotel, each under their own name. You have to self-check in at the lobby and check out again when you leave. I was a bit confused at first, but it's actually quite convenient.
It's a new building, clean, and has a great ocean view. It's small, but there's also a kitchen, so I had a great time."

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at the Family Studio. Service was great - we faced some delays and arrived much later than the usual check-in time, but the owners waited for us until we arrived and helped us with our luggage. The camping cars are located within walking distance of the beach, which is super convenient. They also provide charcoal and other equipment if you would like to have a bbq at night.
The only downsides are that it may be slightly difficult to find the location of the accommodation (especially if you're travelling there at night) and that the only way to contact the owners on short notice is via their Korean phone number (and communication in Korean), which might be difficult for foreigners.
Otherwise, we had a really good stay!

GGuest UserThis place is rightly distanced from the most busy travelers area - surfing beach in Yang Yang. Still in walking distance. The building is surrounded by pine tree forest and beach view. The service for customers is very warm and extremely nice. Breakfast bagel +complimentary water+free nespresso capsules-refilled , free cafeteria with all sorts of teas and coffee +free use of laundry-drier are all so generous. ROOFTOP bbq area is very nice too. Its self contained unit but also offer room cleaning service twice in a week. The owner of this boutique resort really provides personal service. I don't drive so was gonna call taxi when I need but the owner courple offered a ride whenever they can. How kind!!!

MMi-Young YiThe building feels a bit old, and I can hear people talking loudly in the hallway, so I think the soundproofing isn't that great, but the bedding was clean and the room was warm, so I had a good rest.
There's a convenience store on the first floor, so it's good for buying things I need, and the ocean view from the room is nice.
It was nice that they provided sparkling wine and caprese as welcome drinks, and the barbecue set was delicious.
The ocean view from the sky lounge restaurant was also nice.
I also ordered breakfast and had it, and it was delicious.
It was nice to stay for a day and leave.

I was initially disappointed to find the hotel was across a very busy road from the beach, but the hotel itself is quiet and the rooftop in the morning was a great way to take in the sunset. I might not book here again because of the busy road but the hotel is nice.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location right in front of Naksan Beach (a great beach - lots of white sand). There are restaurants and supermarkets close by and it is a quick taxi ride to the Yangyang airport and Yangyang bus depot.
Staff are efficient and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel seems to have been newly renovated and the rooms, passages and common areas are newly carpeted and newly painted. There is a small gym and laundry room available for use.
Most guests seemed to stay only one night which seemed strange, given the great location. The only thing that could be improved upon is some basic facilities in the room. There is no cupboard (although there is enough space for one), only one chair (and its fairly uncomfortable at that) and no furniture on the balcony - we really wanted to sit on the balcony and look at the sea in the evenings, but there is nothing to sit on.
At the time that we stayed there (October 2024) there was quite a bit of construction noise as there are hotels being built on either side of the Naksan (although this is not the fault of the hotel itself).

Thank you for not paying extra people (children) and for the quilt.
The facilities are a bit old, so there are damaged places (beds), and the water supply and bathtub are not in good condition. The air conditioner is not full, but it will be cool if you wait a little.
It has an overwhelming advantage of covering all the downsides.
The sunrise from a high location (the hotel is a bit on the hill and assigned to the 5th floor) will be remembered for a long time.

민민필부부It was so good to pack sashimi because it was right in front of the Muchihang Sashimi Center!
It was comfortable because there was a convenience store in front of the ocean view.
The square where you can see the sunrise is also right in front of you, so it's great for the New Year.
But the white pillow cover is yellow.
Maybe it's because I used it a lot, but now it's time to change!
Everything was good except that. Parking, heating and toilet cleanliness were good ~
