The moment we arrived the staff has arranged Porter to get us up the hotel. As we stayed 1 night for Fes the next day, the reception helped me call the transport service to make sure the time and location and correct. Additionally, we have a takeaway breakfast prepared!"

The location is also convenient: the market, medina, and train station are all within walking distance! There's a terrace with a beautiful view! Fruit shops are right there across the street – delicious food at reasonable prices! The owner is great, and he's very accommodating of all our requests. I highly recommend!"

"Excellent riad. Very authentic and atmospheric. The main advantage is a quiet courtyard with a garden and a pond. There are also restaurant tables where you can eat in peace and quiet. Convenient access to all attractions. For those traveling by car, you can find a place not far from the riad by specifying Airbnb parking in the navigator."

"The Hotel is Very well located, Just few steps from the Kasbah and the old town.
It has lovely views from the rooms of the Rif mountains.
The staff is very nice, they helped to relocate us in a different room, they speak various languages.
Although I have to say they even though we saw the pictures of the Hotel online, the front desk lady, gave us the worst room, and the Hotel was almost empty due to low season.
Being honest, this is NOT A 4 Star hotel. For many reasons, at best a 3 star and stretching it. The decoration and furniture are VERY OLD, the windows in our room where broken so they didn’t close well. The Bathroom mat had holes in it, and the closet doors didn’t close well too. Some of the hall decoration looked very sad and very used, also it lacked light in it.
The breakfast was very poor in its variety, (no fruits, or vegetables, no yogurt or cereals).
It’s not a bad place, but if you are looking for a 4 star accommodation or amenities, this is not the place for you.
I don’t think it was a fair price for what they are offering."

We were lucky to get an upgrade to a spacious and lovely room, and the heated bed was very useful during the winter season.
When we had to leave early in the morning, they even prepared breakfast for us to take away.

"It's a bit difficult to get to because of the numerous stairs and narrow streets. But the hotel itself is very nice, with a wonderful view from the terrace and a delicious breakfast. The windows overlook the courtyard, so you can hear children playing there. But there's air conditioning, so you can close the windows. We loved everything."

"The room was very clean and tidy. The shower was separated from the toilet and wash basin only with curtains, but it was wide 々 and the water did not splash.
Muhammad was very kind and willing to accept me when I consulted about check-in after hours. Also, I was able to keep my luggage before departure.
I also had a yoga class early in the morning, and my daughter participated, and it seemed very fun.
The view from the terrace was also nice."

"In the old town, it was difficult to carry the luggage up, so we brought simple toiletries. The only advantage of this hotel is that it is clean and hygienic, and the location is in the old town. When we went there, it was under renovation and the top floor was not usable, but fortunately we could take a panoramic view of the Blue City."

"Отель не плохой, соответсвует фотографиям. Для тех, кто на автомобиле - хороший вариант. Есть парковка прям перед отелем. Формат мотеля. Без автомобиля неудачный вариант, добраться пешком хоть и не далеко, но очень не удобно.
Завтрак был очень разнообразный и вкусный. И сок, и чай, и кофе. Все, что на фото, плюс яйца.
Не понравилось в отеле то, что не было пододеяльника, а только простынка под одеялом. В Марокко в аутентичных местах так много где. И не понравилось, что не было посуды вообще никакой. Но попросили на ресепшене чашки и ложки и нам дали."

GGuest UserA lovely riad in the medina, bright and colorful. It's best to park near the Parador hotel; message the riad via WhatsApp and they'll meet you there. It's about a 5-minute walk up the stairs. We made the right decision to take only one suitcase and leave the rest in the car, especially since we were only there for one night. The room is very small. It also only has a small window overlooking the courtyard, so it's a bit dark. There's air conditioning, but we slept without it, and it wasn't too hot at night. The room includes a hairdryer, kettle, shampoo, and shower gel. Breakfast is wonderful on the terrace with a stunning view.

LLucky 80Не ожидал. Владельцы молодцы. В отелях не так чисто, а тут прямо приятно зайти. Белье идеально чистое, мебель не поломана, красивый интерьер. Про террасу особое спасибо! Шикарнейшие виды. Отлично готовят. Перед прогулкой заказал бургер, очень достойный. После заказал тажин, салат с тунцом, фреш. Очень вкусно и достойно. Моё впечатление- 5+ однозначно!!! Ребятам респект и процветания!

IIgorОтличное место в старой Медине в двух минутах ходьбы от площади Ута-аль-Хаммам и крепости Касба. Сам отель небольшой, но комфортный с чистыми колоритными номерами. Завтрак без изысков, но сытный (омлет, лепёшки, овощи). Дружелюбный персонал.
В подтверждении бронирования было указано время заселения строго до 16:00, но сотрудник на ресепшн этому удивился и сказал, что приезжать можно в любое время.
На крыше есть терраса, но еду подают не там, а в цокольном этаже. Можно прийти посидеть со своей едой с видом на город.

There is no air conditioner and only an electric fan. The head shaking function is still broken. The toilet is close to the shower pool. The water flow on my head is very small, and there are very slippery white tiles under my feet, one square meter, I feel that it is not safe to stand in the bath, so this is the only place where I did not take a bath during my trip to Morocco, although I sweated a lot.
