"The parking lot is limited bcoz it's open for public as well, extra careful when u turn in to parking entrance, very steep down to basement, need to tell the parking attendant if u are guests, else u need to pay parking fees, location is great, next to sheep sanctuary, quite smelly when the wind blow towards hostel, cleanliness need to be improved, toilet overflow during shower, I hv to clear d clots in bathroom drainage, beds too soft for those having problem with backbone issues, no lift to the rooms (highest us 3rd floor), there is beautiful garden setting at ground floor"

"The room was reasonable for a night stay, but water heater was not functioning. It can get really cold in the room. I wish the amenities were better in the place."

"The room is ok but when we check in so dusty everywhere and I need to call customer service to clean and even after re cleaning the room, even the tissue box is still so dusty also the main door need to used your to push harder when you open and close. But the service is good. The location is good."

"Beautiful hotel & top notch service and location. However, some cons: 1)Need to climb up 3 flights of stairs (fm outdoor parking) - pretty impossible for handicapped guests 2) I think breakfast need to be upscaled as this is after all a luxury hotel. The food although delicious, is too ordinary & cheap. The buffet spread of just bread/pastries/cereal could be expanded. The fruits at the buffet table were also terrible - only apples & oranges and were of poor quality & grade."

"Very satisfied with the stay. We were first greeted by a super friendly and nice receptionist lady who let us check-in about 2 hours earlier. All the staff are lovely. Despite being an old building, the room was clean. The shower was great with a good volume of water coming out, and the water was warm enough. Very strategic location as there are many restaurants and even strawberry farms in the area within walking distance. Complimentary buffet breakfast was nice with a great variety of food. Overall a great value for money. 👍"

"Didn't know that we need to inform through wassap for rooms service request. However we went to the reception asking for extra hanger during the housekeeping but still haven't get the service done during our stay. Only toilet tissue paper provided but not for hand tissue. Dish soap also not provided. Overall OK but need some improvement."

"Location is perfect, if you are looking for a place near to Brinchang and close to the Golden Hill night market and Big Red Strawberry Farm and can avoid the traffic jam heading to Kea Farm direction. Besides that, everything is great with the hotel room facilities and also breakfast buffet selection. Will definitely recommend and return!!"

"**Review:** I had high hopes for this hotel based on its unique room concept, but after experiencing it, I can confidently say I won't be booking again. The idea of a mini house sounded charming, but the reality was less than ideal. The biggest issue was the noise and vibration. Every time someone passed by my room during the night, I could hear and feel it. It's not something you'd expect when you're trying to sleep, and it definitely disrupted my rest. The mattress didn’t help much either, as I felt every movement like it was amplified. Then, come sunrise, the room became like a sauna. I understand that the weather in Cameron Highlands can be warm, but the mini house design trapped heat so effectively that it was uncomfortable in the morning. There was no escape from the warmth, and it made it tough to enjoy the start of the day. The only redeeming factor for this hotel was its location. It's within walking distance to the famous Pasar Pagi and the bustling market, which was convenient for grabbing fresh produce and local treats. But unfortunately, the experience wasn’t enough to make me want to return. In short, the concept seemed promising, but the execution fell short in terms of comfort and practicality. Wouldn’t recommend it for a restful stay."

"The location was great as it is in the middle of the Brinchang town (right in front of the Petronas gas station). For the parking, better find it behind the hotel as the there are more parking slots compared to infront of the hotel."
