"This is a brand new hotel, everything is very well thought out for the convenience of guests, the owner is great, did not skimp on square meters and made a large hall and restaurant, the food in the restaurant is beyond praise, excellent breakfasts to choose from, after a very tasty dinner, we just rolled out from the table 😁 it is simply impossible to stop eating, everything is so delicious, special thanks to the chef 👍👍👍spacious cozy rooms with a large balcony where you can admire the ocean with a bottle of good wine, a cool clean pool overlooking the ocean, a rich underwater world, very cool snorkeling lots of starfish, fish, crabs, etc., before lunch turtles swim to feast on grass, the hotel is focused on diving, there is everything for this, for professionals and beginners they also offer training, it's a pity that we did not have time for this, but we will definitely come back next year and try diving. The hotel owner, Gerhard, is a very cool and helpful man 👍👍👍. We played billiards with him 😀. Since he's German, the hotel is neat and clean. The food is European and not a hint of Asia (we don't like Asian food). The restaurant prices are very reasonable 👍👍👍👍👍. The wines are slightly more expensive than in the store, but very good. There's a large selection of dishes, and the staff is very polite and helpful, always ready to help. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, the soundproofing is good, and the stay was excellent. I really liked everything; I can't describe it all. Since we always have a car, the hotel's location was great for us: a 7/11 and currency exchange are three minutes away (if anyone's interested), and the shark spot is 15 minutes away. Everything is great 👍👍👍👍👍. If I could, I'd give it 100 stars ⭐. Thank you so much to Gerhard and his staff for a wonderful stay. We stayed for three nights and then stayed for a couple more days. We would have stayed longer, but we plan to visit other islands in this wonderful country. I will definitely return to this hotel. I recommend it 100% 👍👍👍👍👍"

"The hotel has just been renovated. The room smells very strongly of paint and finishing materials. Poor soundproofing, everything that happens in the hallway can be heard very well. The building is made of a metal frame, the walls are made of plasterboard. The interior is in the loft style. There were several power outages. The Wi-Fi password is only valid for 1 device, for two they give 2 passwords. If you have more than 2 devices, you need to ask for an additional one. No cleaning was done during the 2 nights of stay, the towels were not changed. The beach is private, small, with sharp stones. Good for snorkeling, but nothing to do without swimming shoes. There is private parking. Breakfast is included in the price."

"Me and my friend stayed here for one night and we love the place maybe just a little upgrade in there bathroom as the room that we occupy had some minor issues but over all it didn’t affect our stay and we already raised our concerns to the staffs hopefully they the can do something about that…im looking forward to coming back here with my family maybe next time."

"This is a hidden gem and we highly recommend this resort! Pros: - It is next to a coral reef and they provide free snorkeling equipment in great condition to use! This is the best reason to stay here, all the snorkeling you want for free and without the need to travel! - Very cozy environment with about 8 rooms only? You will have lunch and dinner with the same groups of people. - Food is delicious, slightly expensive but reasonable. From my short experience, the specials of the night tend to be nicer than the normal menu items, but they are all good regardless. - I love the resort arranged tour. We took a whale shark + secret waterfall tour, and the guide, Alex, was great. It was a personal tour (2 of us) and we had to leave at 4am (we were slightly late and left around 405-410am), and when we reached the whale shark place, it was already quite crowded and we got a queue number of 52 - still pretty good. After taking the queue number, there are a bunch of shops to shop around, but we stupidly forgot to bring any cash, and Alex was kind enough to lend us money for breakfast and souvenirs. He even helped us bargain with the street peddlers when they tried to overcharge us. When swimming with the majestic whale sharks, he used his go-pro to help us take photos and videos, so we just need to enjoy ourselves and pose. Personally, I think the whale shark experience is pretty basic, not well organized and too crowded, but Alex made the experience unforgettable with his personal touches and help. Cons: - The worst part is getting there. It took us 5.5 hours to get here from Mactan-Cebu Airport using the private transfer when we arrived around 1230pm Saturday. There was jam to get out of the airport, jam in Cebu city and road works all along the road to Granada. When we returned to the airport in Monday morning 4am, the trip took about 3 hours. - The massage is in a room with a nice sea view, but the massage was very gentle and I prefer something stronger to sooth the body aches (from sitting in the car for over 5 hours). So I guess this is up to personal preferences. - The snorkeling was great, but it could be a bit intimidating when it's just the 2 of us snorkeling unsupervised in a large open sea. We did not face any danger, but also did not dare to venture too far and for too long as we city folks are worried about snakes and jellyfishes. We do see fishes jumping out of the sea in the distance, and this could be a sign of predators nearby. - Adults only. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would love to bring our kids here in the future and spend more time here. However, with their adults only policy, we won't be able to do that."

"замечательный маленький миниотельчик. очень неплохой снорклинг прямо с пляжа (вход с камням, лучше заходить в коралках, хотя мы обошлись и без них). Кстати, туда приходит небольшой табунец мелких сардинок, не Моалбоал, но тем не менее :) Хозяин Додо и его супруга мадам Анжелина - замечательные, просто исключительные, гостеприимные люди. за те дни что мы там пробыли устроили нам просто нескончаемый праздник. Додо везде возил нас на машине (т.к. мы не умеем ездить на байке, который нам сначала предложили) - и не экскурсии, на водопады, и в магазины и на рынки, везде. а уж как вкусно и обильно нас кормили - просто слов нет. Это была наша первая поездка в ЮВА, из которой мы вернулись не похудевшими, а поправившимися :) что конечно расстроило мою жену, когда дома она встала на весы :) вобщем - огромное спасибо Додо и мадам Анжелине за прекрасный отдых!!!"
