"SLS酒店，從入住上島時就開始不對勁。Shura島保安説無法自駕上島，讓我們去Turtle bay parking。從預訂到現場沒有來自SLS酒店的任何提示和指引關於如何上島，導致我們打了三次酒店前台電話，留了名字和號碼並被承諾會有人聯繫我們，但依然沒有收到任何指引和幫助。最後在自駕來回上島門禁和parking之間半個多小時，通過問其他酒店的parking security才找到接引車的位置。經過半小時在我們自己的車上等待後，終於安排了一輛接引車到了酒店前台並開始辦理入住。震驚的來了，酒店問我是不是還沒有付款接引車費用，但一路過來沒有任何費用提醒，我多問了句是否在離島時也要再付款額外費用，得到的是理所當然肯定的答覆。這個預料外的費用最後由agent代為承擔，也算是得到了解決。 酒店的泳池不錯，有度假酒店該有的設施和表演氛圍，池邊小食味道也很不錯，可以在海邊一邊欣賞日落一邊來一杯Sunset shimmer。 酒店房間硬件規格不錯，有些細節可以再打磨，比如水吧設定在一個玻璃置物架內，而且無法抽出，導致做杯咖啡需要折腰低頭，比如酒店淋浴的水壓不足，水温也不太穩定，希望逐步完善這些細節。 清晨的早餐也有些能改進的，主要是工作人員的業務水平參差不齊，在filia餐廳有三種工作人員服飾白、深藍、橘紅（後來又發現第四種紅白豎紋格子衫，第五種淺藍色襯衣的工作人員），讓我一開始分不清究竟誰是服務員。叫了一名服務員點雞蛋，他説他會去拿menu，等待許久未果後又叫了一名服務員，他説餐廳沒有menu…我要杯橙汁，他説餐廳沒有橙汁，我指着隔壁桌的橙汁問那是什麼，他説可能現在有了要去問問，結果一去不復還…後來堅持詢問到第四名工作人員，終於端上一杯橙汁。不知道這四五種工作服是不是代表了不同業務水平？ 早餐餐品種類精緻味道不錯，可頌麪包、阿拉伯的幾種招牌蘸醬能看出來大廚的心意，坐在窗簾看着窗外的凍藍海面十分愜意。 離店時打電話讓接駁車來門口運行李，等了二十分鐘，來了個工作人員按門鈴後還沒有等我開門，自己就刷房卡開了門。結果一問不是開車來做行李的，是來看minibar消費情況的！離了大譜。差點錯過後續預訂的離島接駁。對於離島接駁的預訂，我不認可酒店前台晚上10點半孩子睡了以後打電話讓我預訂離島接駁的行為，直接把孩子吵醒了，而且前台並不認為這有什麼問題。 總得來説酒店具備五星級度假村的地段和硬件，但服務和細節還需要打磨。相比周邊幾個度假村區域，境內北部的Alula、紅海對岸赫爾格達和沙姆、甚至是波斯灣對岸卡塔爾東岸的度假村，SLS酒店自身還有很多需要提升的地方，時間關係也沒有再探索Shura島上酒店以外的配套（衹能自己有時間再探索了，從預訂、入住到離店沒有任何來自酒店人員的介紹）。 考慮其紅海生態下的度假村5k的基礎房價也算合理，但目前的服務水平確實還對不起這個價格。如果單看這次感受的入住體驗，未來不會再考慮來這裏度假。而且針對讓人不適的入住體驗，入住當晚也已經發了郵件給酒店預訂部，截止目前已經離店超過一週，沒有得到任何郵件反饋。希望酒店能正視這些問題，以客户體驗為中心，積極改善服務一致性，希望讓人有二次到訪的驚喜改善。"
