1) разрешили оставить чемодан на ресепшене до заселения, предлагали заселить раньше.
2) учли наши пожелания о проживании не на 1 этаже, заселили на 3 этаж.
3) номер чистый, уютный, выглядит очень красиво и хорошо за свои деньги, есть телевизор со смартом, холодильник, чайник, кондиционер. учитывая, что отель направлен на СПА, в ванной хорошие моющие парфюмированные средства.
4) завтрак включен в стоимость по системе шведского стола. вкусно, питательно, без изысков, однообразно. кофе вкусный, готовят в фильтре.
5) персонал гостеприимный, дружелюбный, благодаря им очень приятные впечатления от отеля, спасибо!
для многих это местоположение может оказаться как плюсом, так и минусом. так как это самый центр старого города, рядом находятся заведения, и вечером будет слышна музыка, шум и гам. но нам это не помешало, так как Каш нас выматывал до очень крепкого сна."

"Excellent hotel, everything as in the photo, the most stylish on the peninsula. Our room was not big but stylish and comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The staff at the hotel is very helpful.
The breakfasts are good, you will not go hungry.
We had dinner in the restaurant, the menu and the selected dishes were not impressive, there is something to work on.
On the territory there is a large swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers, there is a private beach but it is not close to walk but there is a shuttle.
Overall, we were pleased with the stay, I recommend!"

"The hotel is very new and has a sense of design. The room is a suite, comfortable and very clean. The welcome drink lemon downstairs is delicious, and the breakfast is also very exquisite. It is recommended to stay. Because it is located in the center of the town, parking is indeed inconvenient, but there is a public parking lot very close to the hotel, 250 lira for 16-24 hours. I forgot to take pictures, but the hotel is still very beautiful, just like an internet celebrity."

"Расположение прекрасное - буквально пару минут до центральной улицы, рядом с заправкой. Очень тихо, два балкона, с одного видно море немного. Ресепшен надо звонить-приходит через несколько минут. Но если нет возможности позвонить, можно дойти-сами они находятся в нескольких домах, если выйти из здания, то налево и еще раз налево: там сразу видно улочка упирается в Neva Duygu Apart (на фото)
Мебель и комнаты в хорошем состоянии, плотные шторы, на кухне минимально необходимое есть. Духовки и микроволновки нет. Телевидение- местное, стиральная машина, но порошок покупать самим

"This hotel is very suitable for self-drive tours, there is a large open space downstairs as a parking lot, parking is convenient and reassuring. We booked a room type with an outdoor bathtub, but it may not be used for a long time, the bathtub has a lot of stains and leaves, and you have to clean it yourself, before you can use it."

"The hotel is located near the sea. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the town square, and 10 minutes to walk in the opposite direction to the ancient theater. You can see the sea from the window (but there is a building in front of it). The interior furnishings are clean and retro, and the small balcony is very popular. It is very pleasant to drink black tea in the evening with the sea breeze. There is enough hot water for bathing, and the water flow is also strong. The only thing I care about is that the ventilation window in the bathroom can clearly hear the voices of other residents talking in the bathroom 😂 Other than that, it is still good. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. The pictures are for reference of other friends~"

"Отличный отель, расположен не сильно в горку, поэтому ходить в центр и обратно более чем комфортно.
Вид из номера и с террасы, где проходит завтрак просто шикарный. Завтрак вкусный и всего более, чем достаточно.
Террасой можно пользоваться в любое время.
Владельцы доброжелательные, помогли с обменом валют и с парковкой машины рядом с отелем, а то в Каше есть с этим проблемы.

"The room is very big and clean, with a great view. You can park downstairs and there are simple kitchen utensils for use. Located on D400, the only way to reach Kashi town. We arrived after the check-in time. After contacting the landlord, he came to give us the key within ten minutes and helped us carry the luggage. The downside is that it is a bit troublesome to carry the luggage upstairs, but overall I am very satisfied."

"The room was with a view on the roof of a destroyed building and a sea strip from the top).. Booked the room on three with a view on the sea. The room was 10m2. The three were not possible to live on such a square. The towels were wet. Dear site., note.. There is a deception of you and tourists. Rooms - as in the photo there are not many (I think 2 pieces) . The room turned out to have a view of the roof of a ruined building and a ***** of sea above)).. I booked a room for three with a sea view. The room turned out to be 10m2. It is impossible for three to live in such an area. The towels were wet. Dear site, please note... you and tourists are being deceived. There are not many rooms like in the photo (I think 2). I did not get any of them. The staff is polite. The breakfast is delicious."

GGuest UserI read so many good reviews of these hotel and couldn’t understand why everybody liked it so much, buuut, once we actually stayed there with my husband we were pleasantly surprised!
The personnel were amazing, very polite, nice and helping! The room had a cool design and was very spacious, the amenities were enough and the room was clean.
The breakfast was just amazing, it was not a huge choice, but everything was fresh and impossible to resist!
We were travelling along the coast and stayed at 6 different hotels along the way, this one is still our favourite, we’re definitely coming back!

GGuest UserThe town of Kash was almost full, so I lived on the island.
The service standard of the homestay is basically self-service check-in. The room is very large and it is a bit empty. The hotel is on the side of the road and seems to be the boss's self-built house. The sanitation is quite satisfactory, and the bathroom is still a bit blocked.
The biggest advantage should be the sea view, the view is very good and quite quiet, but to Kash is basically a town to visit or go to the sea, so the sea view may not be that important.
In addition, tourists without a car are not recommended to live, there are no restaurants around, basically have to go to the town.

CCherrie WalkerOnly stayed for one night but value for money you could not beat this little hotel. The room was spacious large bed, little balcony with chairs to sit out. Air con, which was a blessing as it was quite warm 30degres in the day.
The room was inaccurately clean, had hairdryer, safe kettle tea, fridge with water.
Great facilities for a budget hotel.
The breakfast was beautiful, very Turkish cheese eggs omelettes fruit bread butter jams tomatoes salad plenty of different things to choose from.
Will definitely stay here again when we next come to Kas the location is very central.

MMikhailThe hotel is not located on the shore itself, but in general the location is not bad — the town is tiny, so everything is close everywhere. The room is comfortable enough, there is everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, stove, kettle.
The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning in every room works well. The Internet is mediocre.
There was not enough light and the blinds on the windows were a little broken, but in general everything was in good condition.

However, there is really a problem with cleaning and cleanliness in the rooms, which is written by everyone who stays at this hotel. On the second day, the cleaning came to our room half an hour before the end of their working day, when we asked to come in 10-15 minutes, they said that their working day was already ending and they were ready to do the cleaning here and now. As a result, in front of us, they quickly changed the towels and that's it, that's where the cleaning ended. On the third and fourth days, they cleaned the room well from the outside. Clean towels every day, pillowcases were also changed. But the floors are dirty, dust, hair, but we walked in slippers, and put on flip-flops in the shower.
Breakfasts are monotonous, but you won't go hungry. You can always choose something to your taste.
It is possible to get to the beach, where a shuttle takes you, not all hotels on the peninsula have this option. But you need to be prepared that before getting to the beach you have to go down and then up about 8 floors. Sun loungers are different, those with mattresses look tired, stained, moldy from dampness. We always chose other, metal ones, towels are given out on the beach. The water in the sea is clean, transparent, entry into the water from the pier.
