Holiday Apartments in Kas

Excellent service! The reception is located on an adjacent street, so you need to go there first to get the key card for the apartment. The apartment staff were always reachable via the Trip.com chat. You can leave your luggage with them before or after check-in. Airport transfers can also be arranged. We stayed in a room on the top floor. The room was a bit small and a little worn. The bathroom door was a bit awkwardly placed, but it wasn't a major issue. It was clean, and slippers, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap for the first day were provided. There's a clothes drying rack on the balcony. The plumbing was in excellent condition, though there was a small amount of mold in the shower. We didn't use the jacuzzi. There's a clean swimming pool, but we didn't use that either. There are cafes nearby. The large balcony and the view from it were simply wonderful. You could hear music from the city's restaurants in the evenings. The mosque's early morning call to prayer only woke us up for a couple of days; we didn't wake up to it on other days. Getting around by car or scooter is no problem, and it's also not far from the city center on foot – about a 10-minute downhill walk. The incline is steep, but if you take your time, you won't get tired. Near the hotel, there's a staircase leading to the lower street, so you don't have to walk around the top. The Lycian tombs in the mountain are also very close by. I'd like to thank the reception staff for their responsiveness and help. As recommendations for room 404: the bottom cover of the air conditioner needs to be fixed, the broken plate and mug should be replaced, a second water glass should be added, the floor lamp bulb needs changing, and the light fixture above the mirror should be repaired as it's missing a shade, which feels like it should be there. The walls were a bit dirty, and there were some cobwebs here and there. The shampoos had separated in texture, but we had our own.

It is an apartment suite, the location is not very good to find, the balcony view is quite good, after the rain, I saw a quite beautiful sunset, the facilities are complete, and the whole is worth it.

Отличное месторасположение!недалеко от центра,мы спокойно поднимались в гору и с горы каждый день)и даже с чемоданами) Очень приятный и радушный хозяин,а также очень приятная женщина,которая убирает номера (говорит на русском) Нам все очень понравилось!Вернемся ли мы ещё раз в данные апартаменты?Конечно же да) Но единственный минус,который для себя мы выделили,это то что,выбрали номер без кухни,но это только наш косяк🥲в следующий раз выберем номер с кухней!) Отдыхали в октябре🙂

The homestay is easy to find, there is a parking space at the door, clean and hygienic, the facilities are relatively simple, the service is in place, the dining place is like a small garden, I have no hope of whether I can have breakfast the next day because I have to hurry. I mentioned it to the boss. I didn’t expect the boss to agree very readily. And provided us with breakfast on time, thank you very much!

The most satisfying accommodation on this trip to Turkey, only suitable for self-driving, on the mountain in Kaş town, with a beautiful sea view, a swimming pool, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with basically everything. Turkish food is too bad, so it’s really nice to buy some food at the supermarket and cook it yourself. Bring more seasonings from China. The room is very clean. The landlord requires you to take off your shoes when entering, but the nearby town of Kalkan is more recommended, it is quiet and beautiful

Really nice and clean accommodation perfect for families visiting Kas for a couple of days. We stayed here for 6 days with our 19 month old baby, room is complete with kitchenware, washer, a big fridge, hair dryer... basically everything you'll need. Location is not too bad, walking distance from the stores, bus terminal, and old town. All in all a great experience for us. Communication is great as well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the food was delicious. The pool was excellent. It was relatively quiet at night (not perfectly silent, but you have to understand that city noises from bars, discos, and the mosque are unavoidable). There are restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy nearby. The price could probably have been lower, but that's likely due to the season and Kalkan itself. Overall, we really enjoyed everything.

Cleanliness, location, and facilities are truly five-star. But there's more; this place is worth choosing with peace of mind just for its breakfast alone. Especially thanks to the lady who prepares it, her care and dedication shine through in every detail. It feels less like a hotel and more like your home, where you're served a warm, homemade breakfast prepared with love and authenticity. Everything is handmade, crafted with passion. The flavors and sincere service offered by people who genuinely love their work are simply priceless. It's like an undiscovered hidden gem for breakfast lovers...

The location is great - literally a couple of minutes to the main street, next to a gas station. Very quiet, two balconies, one of which has a slight view of the sea. You need to call the reception - they come in a few minutes. But if you can't call, you can walk - they themselves are located in a few houses, if you leave the building, then left and left again: there you can immediately see the street runs into Neva Duygu Apart (in the photo) The furniture and rooms are in good condition, thick curtains, the kitchen has the bare minimum. There is no oven or microwave. TV - local, washing machine, but you have to buy the powder yourself There was a cool knife in the kitchen. I came home - bought myself the same one:)
