"Highly recommended hotel in Sapa. Breakfast is superb. Hot chocolate was so good. Very accessible, staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the fansipan through the hotel but unfortunately we couldn’t make it on time. We asked the staff if we are able to go the following day, and luckily, they were able to accommodate us even tho the ticket is valid only for one day. "We had an amazing stay at Bamboo! After a disappointing experience with our previous Airbnb, we came across Bamboo’s listing and were impressed by the great deal—so we made the switch, and honestly, it was the best decision we made on this trip. The hotel is incredibly clean—you’ll feel completely comfortable walking around barefoot. When we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the air conditioning, we called the front desk and were blown away by how prompt and helpful the staff were; someone came up within a minute and resolved the issue immediately. A special shoutout to Julie, who made our stay extra memorable! She was so kind and went above and beyond, even helping us arrange a taxi to the train station. Also, don’t miss the hotel breakfast—it’s fantastic! The pho is a must-try, and the fresh fruits were so sweet and refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch hospitality!"

"Hotel service was good if you don't mind the location near cemetery. Is opposite the hotel,, some room facing the cemetery. So if. You book request for mountain view than is OK. Breakfast good. Spa so so n price expensive than other place. We had our dinner at the coffee house on the day when we arrived . Food taste not too bad. Price a little high. Over all the hotel was good."

"DeLaSol Sapa Hotel is perched on a hillside, offering breathtaking views. On clear days, you can even see the peak of Mount Fansipan from the hotel. The rooms are spacious with large, comfortable beds and a private balcony to enjoy the scenic beauty. The amenities include a bathtub and a cozy living area, making your stay even more relaxing. The breakfast is outstanding—international style with a wide variety of options such as fresh bread, eggs, fruits, and especially delicious fresh vegetables. The hotel is within walking distance of the Fansipan cable car station, and many cafes and restaurants surround the area. One small downside is that the hotel is on a one-way street, so vehicles might need to take a detour, but the stunning views more than make up for it. It's also a stamp point for Sapa's travel stamp collection, and you can buy the stamp book right at the hotel. "This hotel is valu- for-money. Location is close to the town square, with a mini convenience store and pizza restaurant across it. Its close proximity to the town square means it is walkable to go to the town square.. However, a certain level of fitness is required due to the sloping terrain. So it may not be suitable for seniors/elderly and people with disabilities affecting mobility."

"I booked this homestay/ hotel through a review from a traveller where they wanted a place to relax and sleep soundly at night and not bothered by bustling sounds of noisy city. As a mountain girl at heart I am really looking forward to go to this place and walah the place is Soo amazing. The mountain view, the freshness of the air, the cleanliness of the place blows my mind. Staffs are very accomodating and the manager Thoung Hin is very helpful throughout my stay. "The resort is designed for private retreat. Great service. Just right outside and not too far from the city. I really feel at peace staying there. Love the view of Fansipan right from my bed. The bathrobe is very fluffy and comfortable, please have them for sale next time I’m staying. Everything in the room function well except the bath tub that flood the whole bathroom area when drains. It dried out pretty quick tho. The room is mostly quiet and tranquil, away from all traffic noises, however, mind the sound proof in room as karaoke is the culture!!!"
