Overall good stay! Booked close to the holidays so the deal was good! However, the bathroom was mouldy and very congested. Apart from that usual amenities and breakfast options. Very accessible location! The staff were very polite and easy going.

The location is good. It was a solo journey but the place is decent for emergency and quick letting. Although, I would say the service and cleanliness could be better. Only consider this if you're on a budget and you need a quick let in Inverness. However, I'm glad the availability is there.

It was so so, my bed was sinking me in and that was really uncomfortable. There was no protein included in the breakfast, only carbs. Everything else was ok.

There were so many bugs! I was so itchy while sleeping! I wouldn't choose this place again. It was a particularly bad experience. The breakfast was like torn open bags of ready-to-eat food

This place is located on the good location but the biggest disappointment I experienced, There were BUGS 🐛 on bed , the heating wasn't working had to wear jacket to sleep. They were trying to give an alternative as different buildings at 5 mins walk, ( which was.like taking 2 ser of stairs down with suitcases and then climb another.) A horrendous experience. The plates for breakfast were dirty. Not that I will recommend this place to stay. Saty at your own risk.

No soap in the room and breakfast isn't western it's continental some cereals and some baked stuff nothing special Price is kinda ok for what you get however some parts are weird like the soap Felt like a dying hotel holding on to get some more cash out of it

Terrible stay. There were bed bugs and we suffered rashes/bites all over our body. In addition TV remote was missing, mirror was broken and room was not at all clean. The room heater didn't work at all. Won't recommend at all.

Good place for a night stay near Inverness railway station

Extremely helpful staffs and perfect location to walk around. However, the bar on the opposite is awfully noisy until late night:( Not recommended for light sleepers.

The stay at the hotel was for one but was great, great room and service

We arrived to find that to go to the entrance of the guest house there are two flights of stairs! I was only 12 weeks post knee replacement and using crutches so this was not the ideal place for me! Once up the 2 flights of stairs we were taken to our room which was up yet another flight of stairs. I will compliment the staff for assisting my friend with our suitcases, going in and out the following morning. Our room was another disappointment, the bathroom was unsafe, up another step, the floor tiles were not secured, moving around, some broken and not grouted! The shower had shampoo and shower gel bottles in it with mould present so we did not use it. We also had no plug in the sink and no hot water at all, so we only did the basics and after breakfast we checked out and headed on our journey. I would not stay here again and would like places to let you know about access more freely.

Close to bus or train station. You prepare to walk upstair and smell funny. You get what you pay for. I will accept this kind of room offer.
