Booked this hotel for a friend's business trip. The location is good, and the service is decent. It offers great value for money, and the views are lovely, showcasing a typical California vibe. Not bad at all.

Valet parking was extremely slow and delayed everyday. The phone in the room used ai responses and it's not hearing clearly, which makes it difficult to contact the front desk and room service.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was thoughtful and meticulous!

Convenient location with nearby amenities. The expected Hyatt service and standard with no fear of the unexpected.

Great value, probably the best hotel in Irvine.

Check in took an hour and still got charged for early check in and the house keeping took my Uber eats 10mins after it was delivered just a little uncomfortableness for me after using so many times. It is a good clean renovated hotel though!

We just stay 2 nights but very nice experience. Love the simple and clean room. Great location near Newport beach and University of California, Irvine.

Overall was excellent.

The hotel's environment, service, and facilities were all excellent; I almost forgot to take pictures.
