We had a wonderful first stay at the Beloved. The service is top notch and beyond what I imagined. It is quiet and the property is very well maintained and clean. We had a ocean view with terrace plunge pool which was amazing. The dining options were plentiful and drinks were delish. Highly recommend if you are looking to get pampered and spoiled with your S.O.

We loved the peaceful quietness.
Although the property could house lots of people, it never seemed crowded.
There were always places to sit and relax and enjoy the great and attentive staff.

Incredible stay. Staff was constantly going above and beyond to satisfy customers. Food was delicious and varied. Beach and pools weren't too crowded and very cozy. Overall an amazing, small property that is absolutely lovely!
Only downsides (for us)
- No reservations for restaurants means sometimes you need to wait 30 minutes for a table to open up. Since there's no buffet, your evening plans can be altered unexpectedly.
- VERY quiet and a bit boring. There's very little going on and very little music. Mostly couples enjoying the sun/pool/beach on their own. That's fine if it's what you're looking for, but we would have enjoyed a more active vibe in the evenings. Luckily, the Excellence is just next door and has nightly shows, activities and active music. Very fun!

Very nice hotel with an excellent staff (Christian, Alex, J’aime and Luis) to named only them. It is a calm and small hotel. Perfect to wind down. Food was great, only down side is that there is only 4 restaurants, in which 2 offer a very similar menu.
I would recommend this hotel.

The best all inclusive resort , very easy check in , great room , so friendly staff , great service , delicious food at all fancy restaurants , unlimited drinks and the best cocktails, restaurant no reservations and best services , they even arranged a wonderful birthday dinner, definitely I will stay here again
