Everything is great, onsens are nice, food is delicious and plenty. Staff is very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Room is beautiful.

Our first experience staying at a traditional hotel was a success! The room with its own outdoor hot spring exceeded expectations. Dinner and breakfast were amazing and varied. The staff was polite and friendly.

房間和服務都非常滿意，建議預訂帶早晚餐的套餐，這樣才能體驗比較完整的日式服務。家庭或者情侶出行，入住後可以使用房間內電話（按8號）跟前台預訂50分鐘的家庭單獨浴池使用權（實際可以視情況稍微提前一些拿鑰匙），費用大概是1680日元，不算貴。追加飲品、餐食，以及SPA服務等的價格也在合理範圍內。
另外，需要注意的是，酒店在半山坡上，不太建議在有大件行李的情況下徒步前往。可以提前聯繫酒店看如何乘坐穿梭巴士，或者在伊東站打車。如果一定要步行，不要按照谷歌導航的路線從南伊東站走，這條路線需要爬台階翻山坡。

雖然在用餐地點的問題上，由於中間代理商的問題造成了和酒店的多次溝通，但酒店整體的表現確實令人十分滿意。從接送站到酒店前台，從温泉到早晚飯，都有專業且貼心的表現。如果想體驗到位的日式feel，在伊東會是不二選擇。如果回伊東，我也會再次選擇住在這。

非常傳統的日式酒店，感受了地道的日式服務，此次選擇的是早餐和晚餐，日式服務很貼心，六樓泡湯超級贊，我們還體驗了一把cosplay哈哈。酒店因為在山上，還提供有接送站服務，真的很貼心。

太好了！晚餐無比好吃！每一道菜都無可挑剔！早餐也很豐盛，每天都吃得好有罪惡感，午飯都是一帶而過。酒店温泉設施也很棒，要是有時間，真想早晚各去一次，有shuttle bus接送，出行還是很方便的。下次去的話，還是會住這裏！
