As it was a smoking room, each hotel location falls flat. But Washington was relatively good. The parking lot fee of 500 yen is also cheaper. The room was very clean, there was a large public bath (although it was a little small), and I was able to relax with a welcome drink. There are no convenience stores or supermarkets in the area, so if you plan to drink in your room, I recommend shopping around the station. There are several taverns nearby. The staff were friendly and made me feel at ease.

Close to Iwaki Station, there are many restaurants around, which is convenient. The building and rooms are well cleaned and comfortable. Breakfast was also satisfactory. However, it was a pity that the snoring in the next room echoed and I couldn't sleep easily.
