Very very poor service the jet was not working bathroom was thinking and there was no response from the reception when we wanted to order some food in the room

I found room of hotel was not properly clean. The cover of quilt, mattress and pillows was dirty but on my request, the staff of hotel, its changed immediately. The behaviour of staff was good. I overall give 4 ratings to this hotel.

They asked me for extra money after reaching the hotel and even they said they will not provide the room not only that they asked me to wait for 4 hours and when i asked for waiting room they said they don't have because of that have to book another hotel.

There are positive word to describe our experience in my daughter weeding function at Om Palace truly the best luxury experience we have had over amazing services great food lunch dinner and main function staff there was supportive and helpful especially thanks for Mr Roshan Rawat and Mr Ram and all team . I recommended this hotel.

Property though looks impressive from outside there is no cleanliness in rooms. It seems this aspect is not being monitored by the management. Services rendered are very slow.

Room was in bad condition. Air conditioning was not working and making too much noise. Bathroom tap was leaking. Actual room and room picture displayed was different.
