Every member of the staff was warm, courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. The surprise was beautifully executed and made the celebration incredibly memorable. It perfectly reflects the level of care and customer service that Samode Haveli is known for. While the entire team deserves appreciation, I would especially like to mention Mr. Pushpender, Kamal, Sunil, Suyash, and all the wonderful ladies at the front desk for their kindness and support throughout our stay.
