I recently stayed at the Terraz Tree Hotel Jakarta, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The location is fantastic! Situated in the heart of Jakarta, the hotel is just a short distance from some of the city’s best shopping centers, restaurants, and cultural attractions. It’s also very accessible to public transportation, making it easy to get around. The hotel also features a lovely rooftop garden where I spent some time relaxing and enjoying the city views. It’s a peaceful spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring Jakarta. I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but it looked well-equipped. For the quality of service, comfort, and amenities offered, Terraz Tree Hotel Jakarta is exceptional value for money. I left feeling like I got more than I expected for the price.

I returned and remained for one night to this hotel, I would like to recommend this hotel if you want to go to the immigration government office very near, furthermore inside the room cleaned, personnel nice service, and location good.

This place is great. The staff are so friendly. Brenda and Bunga are particularly helpful . Everyone does a wonderful job . I really feel comfortable here and I've already stayed twice this year . Food is excellent and there is plenty of choice . I highly recommend this place for its service, food , comfortable rooms and large lounge area . There are 2 restaurants that are well worth trying too .

The room actually out of my expectations. But the first time we enter the room the bed cover was not that clean. But the staff they are very nice so they change it immediately. We ask to pickup the laundry but no one is picked up. All out the facility is good instead the room but however I can say the staff they are really helpful

Very good hotel/homestay you can choose @Mampang Jakarta. Positive Point: 1. Room very clean 2. TV Cable on room & Good Speed Wi-Fi 3. Full amenities, they provide pitcher and glasses on the room, so we can put the water from dispenser in room hall and bring that to our room 4. Location near Mampang area and Mampang Bus Shelter 5. Provide working area on lobby 6. Provide food for room service with affordable price Negative point: 1. Room is small, with only maybe 2x2 metre Overall, excellent hotel, budget affordable with the quality and service they offer.

We stayed at Hotel Monopoli for a few nights and had a mixed but overall decent experience. The location is definitely a plus, situated in Kemang and close to business areas, it’s convenient for both work and leisure. However, one thing we didn’t anticipate was that the hotel is also a nightlife spot. At night, the sound from karaoke, dancing, and loud music was quite noticeable, which might not suit guests looking for a quieter stay. It only last until around 2AM, and might be enough as a white-noise for some people. Breakfast was okay. On weekdays, they offer a set menu which we really appreciated — it was more curated and enjoyable. On weekends, they switch to a buffet style (perhaps due to higher occupancy), but it was a bit average. That said, in general, the food at the hotel was good. Housekeeping was attentive, they checked in every morning, and when we requested cleaning only while we were out, they followed through without issue. We arrived late at night after a long journey from Bangkok and Johor, and were a bit surprised by the number of terms and conditions — for instance, no hotel sandals allowed in the lobby and other small rules. While understandable, it felt a bit restrictive to be met with so many dos and don’ts right after arriving. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Indonesian hospitality really shines here, and we appreciated their warm service.
