At that time, the bed sheet was not really clean thou. And I had an issue with room electricity.

The room was sparkling clean, but the hotel near the train station so its quite noisy at night

Astounding hospitality services.. making sure you’re well taken care of from early check in to changing rooms to a quieter ones with free upgrades 3. Free coffee machines 4. A very sophisticated Japanese bidet in every room Cons Only one. Amenities is a bit dated

Arrived early than check-in time 3pm but managed to get the room although need to ‘persistently’ argue first. Overall appreciate the helps from front desk

This Hotel is excellent for its customer services, all relevant staff are quite helpful and well-mannered. Breakfast spread is superb and taste very good. Location is a definite advantage. Regarding the room I occupied, being a 5-star rated hotel and carrying international brand, the room's condition could be upgraded as wear-and-tear of furnishings are clearly visible and looks bit outdated, particularly the TV and the chair. Do pay attention to the floor of bathroom which gets slippery when wet and most hotels nowadays do not use shower curtain anymore as water easily splashes onto the floor, and coming out from the bathtub poses real threat of slip to elderly and child. The room's air suction in bathroom did not function. Although I gave 5 stars to location, cleanliness and services, I could only give overall 4 stars due to the room's condition where I occupied for 2 nights.

It was evident that the staffs took great pride in ensuring guests had a memorable experience. Overall, our stay at MO Jakarta was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of warm hospitality, friendly staff, and well-equipped facilities made it a truly outstanding experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and impeccable service.

Stayed one night at DoubleTree Jakarta Diponegoro and had a great time. Check-in was smooth and I loved the welcome cookie. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. In the morning, I enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool before breakfast – such a relaxing way to start the day. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of options. Great location near Cikini Station, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely come back for a longer stay next time!

Really love this hotel. They put a lot effort into making their guest comfortable. Love their check in counter whereby everyone got to seat comfortably and personalize check in. The room is top quality with very sexy transparent bathroom. Bed is super comfortable. Love their japanese restaurant with yummy japanese cuisine and very friendly staff and chef. Also love their variety selection of dining restaurants and cafe all serves best food. The location is very strategic next to Sarinah and food streets and Grand Plaza and Plaza Indonesia. I will definitely recommend everyone to stay here. They also very flexible with check out time and extended mine until 3pm without much issue. I will surely come back to stay here in the future.

My always choice for hotel in Jakarta. Tip top cleanliness, polite employees, zero complaints i have on my repeated visits to Novotel Jakarta. I will come again for sure.
