Room is clean, location not bad. Convinient store just beside the hotel and there is a 24hr burger stall in front of hotel. International electric plug is convinient, but no hairdryer provided. No fridge in room. Breakfast limited choice but taste ok

My stay was sensational, clean rooms and excellent service, especially from Mr. Rukki who works at the hotel reception, so attentive, from the day I arrived he calls me by name, a person who really makes a difference in our busy day! I will be back soon

Stayed one night at DoubleTree Jakarta Diponegoro and had a great time. Check-in was smooth and I loved the welcome cookie. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. In the morning, I enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool before breakfast – such a relaxing way to start the day. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of options. Great location near Cikini Station, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely come back for a longer stay next time!

Strategic excellent location next to Cikini Station Best affordable rate via trip.com With all the limitations (parking spots, weak hot water pressure, unallowed to have 2 cardkeys, AC direction to headboard, Shower/Wet area's uneven flooring level etc), this would still be a considerable option for Central Jakarta

This Hotel is excellent for its customer services, all relevant staff are quite helpful and well-mannered. Breakfast spread is superb and taste very good. Location is a definite advantage. Regarding the room I occupied, being a 5-star rated hotel and carrying international brand, the room's condition could be upgraded as wear-and-tear of furnishings are clearly visible and looks bit outdated, particularly the TV and the chair. Do pay attention to the floor of bathroom which gets slippery when wet and most hotels nowadays do not use shower curtain anymore as water easily splashes onto the floor, and coming out from the bathtub poses real threat of slip to elderly and child. The room's air suction in bathroom did not function. Although I gave 5 stars to location, cleanliness and services, I could only give overall 4 stars due to the room's condition where I occupied for 2 nights.

This was my second time trying out Bobopod as I had a great experience during my first stay in another city. However, this time was disappointing. The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything going on around you. I didn’t get a good night's sleep on the first night and ended up booking another hotel. Nevertheless, the price and location are excellent.

Perfect central location and Great location if you’re looking to explore local dining spots – everything was within walking distance.

The hotel was nearly perfect, and I will choose it again. The breakfast of fried rice, eggs and fresh vegetable, was delicious and delivered to the room right on time. The location was great, central to all of my meetings, and convenient to public transportation. But do not park your car on the street outside - you WILL get a ticket.

The room is not hygiene.. there’re dust and stain on the floor. Toilet also not clean. AC not cold. The room stated as non smoking room but have cigarette dust holder and smell smoking.. luckily the staffs are helpful and friendly..
