Receptionist was excellent. He was efficient and responsive with my requests- change room and change towels. Ordered Sup Iga for dinner and it was very tasty and hits the spot. Breakfast is just ok wished its tastier. Only complain is the towel does not smell good maybe due to Jakarta water. Overall good and might come again. Thank you Asyana crew although the facilities might need a facelift soon.

The Citi M Hotel is a wonderful hotel. The staff, purely amazing! The staff made me feel like I was at home. Energetic, enthusiastic, and always smiling! The room is comfortable and very nice. Well equipped with everything you need. The air conditioner could use some updating but that’s okay. Wifi was fast and working well. The restaurant downstairs, very delicious as well. I had breakfast and dinner. Very delicious and clean. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I would come back again. Very comfortable. Thank you so much. I appreciate it.

Its nice hotel with affordable price and good service, although they have to arrange more staffs to incharge during checkin and checkout time. The queline is so crowded for 4th star hotel. Good location since the Millenium mall only few steps from lobby. However, the hotel need to put more concern about the old furniture.. because instead of keep the clasic atmosphere, it will bring the unconvinient feeling to see the furniture seems never had maintenance before. including color of sheet which the white color already turn into grey :(

Not so good. I usualy stay for longstay period in any bobopod branch, but this pod, the ones that have issues. Previously, on my last stay there was a power outage for more than 2 hours and I got moved or relocate to Bobopod ITC kuningan. And now, it got serious problem with the AC in the room and give a bad smell from the AC itself. I got moved from 78 pod to 58 pod and after moving, the AC still not getting cold too. In thew night, theres a good and friendly HK, name Rizki. He offered me to move to better pod with Best AC and we checked together. It works. Thanks to Rizki. He is best of best from this Branch. Please give him a raise.

The building looks like it has just been renovated, so it's nice, still clean. To go to the top floor there is an elevator for lazy people and those with a lot of luggage. The location is quite strategic even though you have to enter the residential area, but you can get to the location by car. And there is also quite a large parking area. There are lots of people selling food around, so don't worry if you're hungry.

I used to stay at Borobudor a long time ago. I just love the Sup Buntup although it has gotton so expensive (449,000,000 idr !) I checked into room 0886. There were a few problems in this room. Like the working chair - left side hand rest was loose and about to come off. The kettle cover had come off from the kettle. Not only that, when the water boils, steam comes out into the handle and can scorch the hand. I consider that to be unsafe. May be the electric kettle needs to be replaced. The wardrobe was old and creaking. Then on the 2nd day there was a very strong paint smell when I returned to the room in the early afternoon. The manager changed my room to 0982 instantly and somehow 0982 was good in all respects, although most things were old. I got a teh tarikh for all the trouble which is appreciated. I can live with old furniture so long as it is clean and in good working order. So please do something to room 0886 ! I hope this feedback is helpful to you.
