Hotels in Kuningan, Jakarta

2nd time staying here in this oasis with checkin lobby on Sky Lobby level (press SL button in the lift). Again, got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite without requesting for an upgrade. Love the coffee machine as I need my espresso shot every morning. Service staff are smiley & polite, not trying too hard to please like some other hotels by chattering with you, so you get a lot of privacy, good for introvert like me haha. Surrounding areas are not conducive for taking a walk outside. No adjoining mall but getting grabcar is cheap & fast to go to nearby malls & restaurants (recommend Indonesian restaurant The Acre in Menteng & Semesta on level 2 of Ashta District 8 mall). Actually no adjoining mall greatly improves the tranquility & security of the hotel. In summary, value for money for a new, peaceful & quiet 5-star hotel with big rooms, smart TV, coffee machine, washing machine, toilet seat with built-in turnknob bidet spray, & tight security.

Location is good. Service was mediocre, the housekeeping response is very slow and even missed our request for one day house keeping. Make sure you request non-cemetery facing view 😂😂😂

The hotel facilities are a bit dated. I'm a repeat guest, but this stay was quite disappointing. I specifically booked a king bed, but I was assigned a standard room instead. They claimed the hotel was fully booked. While they did offer some complimentary fruit upon check-in as a goodwill gesture, it wasn't what I needed.

Check in was quick and easy! Staff was friendly and warm, took time to explain the hotel. Hotel has renovation ongoing in the day, hence there are dust along the corridor. Nonetheless, the room was okay.

Match the price, excellent location particularly for working travellers. Walking distance to offices and Marriott group hotels. They offer early check in but the queen bed room I requested was not available. Double beds room was quite narrow so can’t sit the chair properly. Cleanliness is average. Sad thing is hairdryer is not available.

I stayed for 2 days in this hotel. They claim as 5-stars, however I feel like 4-stars hotel might be better in term of services. Upon arrival, the room was not ready and I was offered free upgrade. However the room for non-smoking is not available. As I tried to enter the smoking room, the smell was so awful, so I insisted to change to non-smoking room. They can find new room—said it was upgraded from previous one, but I can’t find the difference (only the floor level is higher). The next day I tried their fitness facilities. Gym room is ok, though the equipment feels old. The only problem is their pool. The water was a bit dirty and it’s so crowded unless you swim at 6 AM. Other than that, overall is ok.

Central location which is why I chose this hotel as I was having an exhibition at SCBD central Jakarta. Hotel was valued for the budget. With proper breakfast ..enough varieties to fill up your stomach. Within walking distance there a circle K and Indo mart convenient stores. There also some local food outlets store nearby. Walking distance to Lotte shopping mall too. Don't expect 5 star hotel quality for the price you are paying but definitely worth it.

Overall oke, cuma saran aja utk di meja bs disediakan tissue. Krn di kamar hanya tersedia tissue toilet. Jd selama menginap 2 malam disana, sy pake tissue toilet buat lap2..

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again
