We had such a lovely time here. For the price we paid with everything included, it was honestly worth every penny. The reception team were super friendly and welcoming they really made us feel at home. Big thanks to Lionel too, for being approachable and for the nice chat we had by the pool . We really appreciated it.

Hi, We spent a week at the Jandia Golf hotel. At the beginning we encountered the first problems in our triple deluxe room, there was no hot water, the air conditioning did not work and it smelled of sewage. The water was fixed, however the air conditioning stopped working again after two days and the unpleasant smell was with us all the time. The hotel was renovated but the pool area was not clean, dirty tiles, sticky drinks spilled on the floor. Evening entertainment translated in 4 languages for individual families, where there was a large number of Polish families and no Polish translator. The service was very nice, the food was good, standard. The hotel needs to take better care of the cleanliness outside so as not to attract cockroaches. There were a lot of flies around. Location brilliant fir a quiet and relaxing break.

Hotel Jandia Golf was absolutely brilliant, we were there AI for a week and had a fantastic stay. The hotel has only been open a short while and two blocks are still not ready. While finishing work is still going on there is very little noise and no disruption at all. All staff are so friendly and welcoming we should mention them all, but special thanks go to Kevin at reception and Katrina in restaurant and bar. We walked down to the beach and back a couple of times, it’s quite a tough walk (back) but gorgeous views make the 30/45 minute walk worth it. If you don’t fancy it there’s a free shuttle (taxi) at 10am returning at 5pm, or 7 euros one way in local taxi. Plenty of souvenir type shops along the mile plus seafront and if you venture to the “far end” of the shops you’ll come across high class shops that wouldn’t look out of place in London, Milan etc! The big pool areas are superb, the food selection is great, everywhere is super clean..our room was amazing, more like a suite than a room! I wont go on but we HIGHLY recommend Jandia Golf, Livvo, it was superb! Thanks to all staff who helped make a great week’s holiday. Thanks again Kevin and co!

We have just stayed in this fabulous hotel for 5 nights, we live on the island and wanted a chilled break before the summer season starts! There was nothing to fault, the room was a one bedroom suite, with tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and some uk tv channels, the hotel its self was very clean, the staff all very friendly and helpful. Nice pool area with a separate kids pool with slides and even slides for the bigger kids 😂 in a separate pool. The food was fab and plenty of choice, along with the drinks ( my partner is a fussy eater) and said it was the best all inclusive he’s ever stayed at. We will be back 😁😁

Didn’t know what to expect wow everything was great room very spacious and clean food was excellent great choices all hot and fresh pool area had plenty of comfy sun lounges the staff were very friendly and helpful always smiling the only downside for some would be the entertainment at night was limited but to be fare the animation team had only just started and were limited to times but Georgia and Lucy were so hard working I know this will improve can’t wait to return for the price we paid 10 out of 10

Absolutely lovely everything you could want from a holiday had a few little problems sorted out instantly can't do enough to help everywhere spotlessly clean staff really friendly will be back next year if I could give more than 5* i would food lovely and I'm a fussy eater cocktails lovely too highly recommended

Recently returned from a week here. Lovely complex, excellent food & all the staff very friendly. Entertainment team worked hard to involve everyone in daily activities. Lucy, Alix & the other 2 animation team were excellent. Slides not opened at the end of our holiday, disappointing but valid reasons given when we asked. Would definitely return.

This hotel is not fully operational and should not be open to paying guests as all the facilities promised were not open,themed restaurant not open,and the buffet restaurant provided was like a staff canteen, serving terrible repetitive food no gym, no outdoor multi purpose sports court, only 1 of the 3 waterslides working when we arrived, the sports bar is an absolute joke,a room with a TV,and a few tables and chairs and no bar,and they couldn't get the football channels, adult entertainment very limited , the best thing about this hotel was Leaving

Just got back from an amazing stay at jandia Golf Hotel. Seriously, this place is awesome! The room was super comfy, the views were killer, and the staff was so friendly. Kevin and Nuria at the front desk were especially helpful – always smiling and ready to assist! The bar staff was also super nice and attentive, and the food was delicious! Plus, Lionel, the hotel's public relations guy, was a huge help and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a relaxing getaway!
