wonderful experience returning after 3 years to time share bougainvilleas. The service was excellent; Had some issues in the room that I love, however, assistance to fix was immediate... Hector Ruiz, was there till late at night, the supervisor Delfina Munoz was ready to do anything to make our 3 weeks special, so was Patricia Rodriguez to make our room top-notch every day. Staff was superb, all over the property. Friendly and ready to help. Made new friends around the pool and all of us are looking forward to returning next year for a great experience. the staff in the restaurants could not be better. The only thing I wish that the resort could focus on is improving the quality of food. they know it could be better no... much better!. This is a choice that the Marriott hotel has chosen. Not to focus on the quality of food bu the minimum. Will be returning to our amazing place, however, will not be eating at the restaurants.

We had a slight problem so I called the desk and a service person, Hector Ruiz, was here in a nano-second. He solved the problem in a matter of minutes. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. It was an enjoyable visit.

Seit vielen Jahren kommen wir ins Buganvilla. Wenn man Missstände sucht, findet man sicher überall welche. Grundsätzlich aber stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, hat aber in der letzten Zeit stark nachgelassen. Der Hotelleitung sind anscheinend eigene Vorgaben egal geworden. Sie scheint sich vor der Verantwortung zu drücken den vielen anderen Gästen gegenüber, die sich an die Vorgaben halten. Die Herren kommen teilweise in kurzen Sporthosen und Badeschlappen zum Abendessen (lange Hosen sind vorgeschrieben) und auf den Balkonen wird fleißig geraucht, obwohl Rauchverbot ist. Spricht nicht mehr sehr fürs Hotel...

Leider nicht mehr der Standard von 2022, Küche hat in Vielfalt und Qualität nachgelassen, sehr schade, da das Hotel eine Toplage und sehr freundliche, fleißige und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter hat, im Service wie auch an der Rezeption, Beschwerden oder Beanstandungen werden umgehend professionell erledigt

Si vous ne parlez pas allemand et que vous n’avez pas d’enfants fuyez cet hôtel. Si les chambres sont très belles la restauration est plutôt bas de gamme : présentation de type cantine, cuisine sans intérêt, et variation sur le thème frites et pâtes mal cuisinées. Le gros problème est la piscine, enfin un grand bassin où se mêlent les matelas et différents gonflables pneumatiques jeux de ballons et enfants en pagaille. Impossible de se baigner . Beaucoup de transats mais pas assez de parasol. Toutes les animations et inscriptions sont en allemand. Quant au personnel rares sont ceux qui parlent anglais et visiblement peu enclins à aider les français. Au service le personnel est agréable mais à moins de parler espagnol il est difficile de se faire comprendre. Un bon point la plage qui n’a rien à voir avec l’hôtel est belle et vous pourrez louer des transats pour pas très cher. Je ne reviendrais pas car la fréquentation de cet hôtel n’est pas du tout à mon goût !

Die Meerblickzimmer sind super. Das Essen ist gut Restaurants und Geschäfte direkt am Hotel Sauberkeit in der Anlage Fußweg nach Morro Jable ist klasse vor allem mit toller Aussicht bis hinauf zur Kirche und hinunter zum Hafen und zurück am Meer entlang

El hotel es muy cómodo para ir a la playa, con servicios de spa y piscina, destacando la calidad de la masajista. La distancia del hotel al aeropuerto es una hora aprox, y al pueblo de Morro Jable unos 25 min aprox andando, pero se hace muy bien la distancia por el paseo de la playa, que además tiene bastantes tiendas, super y restaurantes. El personal del hotel muy amable en general, siendo la habitación cómoda así como la cama. Quizás el inconveniente es la comida (con el servicio de todo incluido que tiene no destaca la calidad de la comida precisamente) así como los horarios, pensando más en el turismo alemán que en el propio turista nacional. Por lo demás todo muy bien!

Hotel cómodo, suficiente y completo para pasar unas vacaciones o una escapada de fin de semana. No es grande, pero su servicio e instalación completo, el servicio y su personal muy profesionales, con la comida quedé encantada pues variedad y calidad. Las zonas comunes bien, incluso la piscina no lleno metro a metro de hamacas. Genial, lo recomiendo 👍

Wir haben nach einer Hotelbegehung vor 2 Jahren das Buganvilla gezielt ausgewählt und eine Junior-Suite für 14 Tage gebucht! Wir hatten tolle Tage dort! Unterkunft erstklassig, sauber, Personal freundlich und angagiert, Essen erstklassig, Kultur- und Getränkeangebot reichlich! Ruhige Lage, sauberer Außenbereich! Vorher waren wir 3x im Royal Palm, was von Mal zu Mal schlechter wurde! Leider ist das Buganvilla über den Jahreswechsel 23/24 ausgebucht! So haben wir jetzt schon für 14 Tage im Sept./ Oktober 24 gebucht! Den Jahreswechsel 24/25 buchen wir dann aber früh genug! Danke an Antonio und sein erstklassiges Team! Daisy und Wolfgang
