The hotel and room were clean, and the hotel shuttle to the airport was really convenient. However, the hotel room was a little difficult to find, as they put us in the annex building so we had to exit the main hotel and walk through the parking lot to another building at the back. The hotel room also did not have bath towels - they gave us (a family of 3) 5 hand towels.

Free parking and very close to the airport.
Friendly receptionists (especially the male staff, who tried his best to communicate with us with his limited English and provide assistance to us. Highly appreciated it.
Due to the eco friendly policy, no amenities except towels were provided.

Convenient location, 5 min taxi to airport or 30 min walk to airport. Room is big and clean. Nice receiption, they booked the taxi to airport at 5:30am to catch the morning flight.

Very convenient location with nearby eateries and shopping. Free airport shuttle. Room is cosy.
May consider add international language-speaking voice mail as i do not understand what the other side is speaking when i called the hotel from my country.
