this hotel was a really unpleasant experience. we were very dissatisfied and disappointed it was terrible service and staff very rude.

There is a self-service pantry on the ground floor. Breakfast has hot and cold dishes. The lady at the front desk is friendly and walks 2O-3O minutes from the hotel to Jaffa Gate.

Small, quiet hotel suitable for couples. Comfortable atmosphere, polite, courteous and efficient staff. Excellent food. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Close to the Old City and the Western Wall. The room is equipped with maximum comfort. Strong and pleasant hot and cold water flow. Recommend to everyone. I will be back there soon.

we truly enjoyed the stay, we were upgraded to an executive room without request, the food was excellent (half board), the overall experience is very positive and we got a very warm and fm welcoming treatment from the receptionist, everything we needed was the hotel is well located at walking distance from the old city and many other attractions. g

The hotel is very nice, but a lot of dust. There are a nice from the last floor, but is very dirty. Reception is not giving a information about places around. I hope when I will come next time all be much better. But you must visit the breakfast something delicious.

Wonderful, warm, family-like atmosphere. Great breakfast, best coffee, comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My checkout was extended until 6:00 pm without a charge. Great location. It is a short walk, about twenty minutes to a Kotel.

I celebrated my birthday there with my wife When we arrived reception guy named Shalom welcomed us with big smile. Explained us everything. You have free coffee and tea all day, room is clean, location is 10 min walk from the old city, 1 minute from rehavia and 10 min from the machene Yehuda market

Perfect place, comfortable room, great breakfast, roof top view , service ! Lovely ! And parking of course is a big plus ! Across the street it’s a nice park and old city is only 20 minutes walk . Will recommend and come back in future. Thank you for your hospitality
