Hashimi Hotel ★★★
"The location is great inside the old city and view from the top of the hotel are lovely. Free tea or coffee self service available in lounge but no fresh milk but powder alternative. However this is the only positive thing I can write about this hotel after stay here for 2 Night. What do you want from hotels comfortable bed, clean rooms, quiet corridors, a reliable WIFI connection, and other complimentary toiletries? Well you will not get that here. Noise all through out the night and day. You can hear conversation, phones ringing, people running up the stairs and opening/ closing of front door. This places has no soundproofing. Which means you hear everything in the hotel. This resulting in us having everything difficulty falling asleep. The room was not a clean standard and when staff come into clean like which is expected but only cleaning half the room and not locking the room back up. There are no safes in your room so you have to keep everything on you. Also every time I was near or on bed I was continuously feeling itchy. The bed is rock hard with one pillow. They have 2 different WiFi but both however are poor. Always cutting out or unable to connect. Even when connect ever slow. For non-Muslim guests, this means that unmarried couples have to sleep in separate rooms. Which I can respect. The staff were not helpful and come across as rude. Clear preference for cash, which was shown as multiple people were sent to the ATM because of "issues with the credit card". Worst place I have ever stayed, can't recommend. "
Caesar Premier Jerusalem Hotel ★★★★
"Good service! Nice place . Fine place to be. Great shelter. Very clean . The food is very good. The area is near a beautiful park and central to go into the City"
Christmas Hotel - Jerusalem ★★★
"Very good value, convenient location."
Saladin Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"I liked the location; it felt very authentic. I wouldn't recommend staying for more than two days, though. The first photo is misleading; it's not the actual view from the room, but rather a view of the Austrian Hospice. Inside, the room itself was nice and clean. However, during the night, I heard a rustling sound in a bag, and it turned out to be a large cockroach."
New Capitol Hotel - Jerusalem ★★★
"Nestled right in the heart of the city yet strategically tucked away on a vibrant street near one of Jerusalem's busiest ancient gates, this hotel offers both convenience and charm. It not only maintains cleanliness standards but also provides delightful buffet breakfast and dinner options. Even though it’s located in a lively part of town, it remains a safe and welcoming place to stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem!"
Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem ★★★★
"The second time we stayed there Great location, nice team. We would recommend staying there"
Grand Park Hotel Jerusalem ★★★
"The surroundings are clean and beautiful. Staff kind and attentive."
Ramada Jerusalem Hotel ★★★★
"Overall great"
National Hotel - Jerusalem ★★★
"It has a gym, one of the best equipped gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel. This wasn’t expected. Café is overpriced."

The American Colony Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World
"The American Colony is one of my favorite places in the world — a sanctuary of calm, history, and elegance. Every time I stay here, I’m reminded why it’s such a rare gem. It has become my home away from home with the most brilliant staff on the planet who give this already special hotel a beautiful touch. Breakfast in the courtyard is one of life’s simple pleasures — strong Arabic coffee, fresh pastries, and the sound of the fountains mingling with morning conversation. The evenings are equally magical; the bar, with its mix of locals, correspondents, and travelers, feels like a salon of ideas. It’s just magical in every way!"
Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem
" Exceptional Stay at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem We had a truly wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem. The service was outstanding—every staff member was professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options served in a beautiful setting. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food during our stay on the terace—everything was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavour. The hotel itself is elegant, spotless, and ideally located near the Old City and many main attractions. It was a perfect combination of luxury and comfort. Thank you to the entire team, Daniella, from reception, Gus from the bar,at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem for making our stay so special. We look forward to coming back! Thank you, thank you for hospitality! "

Theatron Jerusalem Hotel & Spa MGallery Collection
"We have just come back from a wonderful trip to Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The hotel is new and beautiful in a quiet part of the city. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to old Jerusalem. There is a fantastic restaurant opposite called Talbiye. I'm planning a return trip to Jerusalem in June for work. I won't be staying at this hotel again unfortunately and have identified another hotel for my return trip. The staff was helpful but one, name beginning with H let us down. He messed up a few times. He told us he wanted to work in psychology, and it appeared his head wasn't in the job of hospitality. The hotel messed up with breakfast a few other things including me not getting my wake-up call. My friend got a bottle of wine which I didn't want as it would have been a hassle to bring back and I don't drink enough to finish a bottle in a day. H wasn't thinking like a person in the hotel business. When i said chocolates would be a good alternative, I just got two little chocolates that they put on your pillow anyway. There could have been an offer of a spa treatment or a cocktail at the bar. Also, H said to my friend that 'she is angry with me'. I told him H not to speak about me in front of me as I found it rude. He then said something along the lines of staff will talk about you when you're not here anyway....(so why stay that the Theatron again if that his what staff do?) I asked to speak to the manager the following day, but they weren't available. Me and my friend both agreed that the one member of staff let down an overall lovely experience."
Mamilla Hotel
"FOOD WAS AVERAGE BUT LARGE VARIETY."
Brown Jerusalem Hotel & Convention Center
"Very clean quaint hotel with great service and fantastic location Highly recommend. We were able to get to room early and check out late with out hassle."
St. George Hotel
"*Jerusalem does not belong to Israel*..first of all it needs to change.. Does Tripadvisor show its side like all those who remain silent in this situation? Jerusalem belongs to Palestine. Palestine and everything belonging to it is under occupation."
Dan Panorama Jerusalem Hotel
"The bathroom was not added, it was used before."
Villa Brown Jerusalem, a Member of Brown Hotels
"The hotel has no parking and it is not mentioned. The spa is closed and so is the cove bar. Although, none of it is disclosed upon booking and all are described as part of the hotel facilities. Hotel is nice but overpriced and we were very disappointed with the false advertising. Breakfast was average. Jacuzzi in the room did not work. We took the “suite” which was an average room."
Dan Jerusalem Hotel
"Stephanie is amazing!! She is so clean and sweet always helping us w a smile!! Every time I came back into my room after her it was as if I am walking in for the first time!! She truly is the reason I am writing this review!! The food was great and the entire hotel is!! I kept putting my electronic key next to my phone and the front desk always helped me w a smile"
Leonardo Boutique Jerusalem
"The hotel is in an ideal location--the center of Jerusalem, in an old, quaint neighborhood. We left our car in the gated parking garage and tooled around the city on public transport. The room was large and comfortable, the dining hall spacious, good food, friendly servers. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. We would gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family."
Leonardo Hotel Jerusalem

Jerusalem Hotel
"Excellent. Room was cool with the air con, food was exceptional, and the cleaning lady, Juliette, was superb. All made me feel very welcome and treated you like family. Would recommend to anyone wanting a hotel near to old city. Keep up the good work!"
St Thomas Guesthouse - Jerusalem
"A safe and economical hostel in the old city. Very local and unique breakfast. The facilities are old and the beds are not very comfortable, but it is conveniently located near Damascus Gate. As it is in the Muslim quarter, the surrounding shops and restaurants do not sell alcohol. If you want to drink beer or wine, you have to go to the bar at the nearby Hotel Jerusalem."
Olive Tree Hotel
"Was there with a Educational Oppertunities Tour, a phenominal experience. room was cozy. Location was on point close to all markets and sites. The food was top notch. Who knew kosher wasnt bland? :) hope to visit again. Oh, need to add, if you go in the winter, expect the heat to be on, even in the high 60s"
