Christmas Hotel - Jerusalem
"Very good value, convenient location."
Dan Boutique Hotel Jerusalem
"Very polite, competent and professional staff. Great customer experience during my conference, for the meals and entry (digitally enabled). I also liked the sun deck for a quiet outdoor picknick in the Holy City - with some shade during noon. :-)"
Addar Hotel
"Horrible experience, the air conditioning wasn’t work on this weather, shower was locked, bed was horrible, Wi-Fi wasn’t working. I went to speak with reception he said there’s nothing he could do. LoI breakfast horrible, the fruits salad were from concentrate thing, one option of everything loI. I don’t recommend this hotel at all, don’t stay here if you don’t want to have a miserable experience"
Grand Park Hotel Jerusalem
"very good!"
The Post Hostel Jerusalem
"Bed vides from the staff Unpleasant treatment n broken rooms I was two times at the place coming to sleep n rest And every time it was unpleasant to stay Broken doors i paid for morning breakfast arrived little bit late and there were no food, they closed the kitchen n didnt wanted to solve that המקום לא משופץ כראוי והיחס של הצוות לא נעים"
Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem
"Be careful. Stay away from this hotel. Parking is an issue here… but promises that cannot kept and rude security personnel is too much… They have service and help via the phone. But, they are not in the hotel and cannot help… Beside - dirty rooms and overall bad experience."
Ramada Jerusalem Hotel
"I was very happy staying at the hotel"
St. George’s Cathedral Pilgrim Guesthouse – Jerusalem
"A very good choice for individuals and friends for quiet prayer, contemplation, relaxation and pure joy."
Hashimi Hotel
"We are visiting hashimi hotel from South Africa for 5 days. The hotel is the best location in the old city very near to Al Aqsa walking distance is 500m. However, the room and bathroom is very tiny. WiFi isn't great at all it keeps disconnecting throughout our stay and the signal was bad most times. Kindly improve WiFi. The Service is great and breakfast is wonderful. The staff are all very kind and very helpful. They even invited us to eat delicious maqluba the one night it was so tasty and we really enjoyed the meal and generosity. They are all very kind. The view from the rooftop is the best view! We can't get enough of it. They have a tea/coffee station in the lobby area and water which is complimentary this was lovely. Overall Thank you for a good stay will surely recommend this lovely hotel to others "

The American Colony Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World
"There are so many unique elements of The American Colony which make it legendary and a destination everyone desires. From the moment of arrival under the lush stone arches and greeted with "Welcome back to your home", to the tranquility of the inner courtyard, the elegant and simple beauty of the decor, the refreshing verdant restaurant garden, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, everything about this home from home makes it an historic oasis."
Herbert Samuel Jerusalem
"Very clean and tidy"
Theatron Jerusalem Hotel & Spa MGallery Collection
"A good option but super par service. The front desk provide the worst driver service I have ever experience, be ware and look elsewhere when looking to schedule transport. They even pocketed 20% of the funds just for helping me to schedule, the facilities are nice but the service is terrible"
Leonardo Plaza Hotel Jerusalem
"Amazing rooms with rooms very excellent services."
Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem
"This review is long overdo. To begin we must thank Gilly Frankel. She, more than anyone at the hotel, saw to our pleasant and enjoyable experience. Gilly was involved while we were still in the United States, communicating with care, concern and professionalism. Some details bear mention. When we arrived at the hotel, Gilly made herself available for anything and everything we needed. From places to go, to the few overlooked details by others at the hotel, we knew we could count on Gilly. Being that the war was still ongoing, its effect was painfully felt by the fewer numbers of tourists all throughout the city. Our weekend Shabbat was wonderful. One of the front desk members dropped the ball on the last morning of our visit, forgetting to leave us breakfast packages to bring with us to the plane, leaving us without food for our journey back home. Disappointing for a hotel of this calibre. But the visage of Gilly lingers and we are deeply grateful for the kindness and professionalism she extended. Ask for her when you visit the WA Jerusalem. It will make your special occasion in a wonderful hotel more special."
Brown Jlm Mamilla, a Member of Brown Hotels
"i booked this hotel because they offer SPA and POOL i called few days before to book spa treatment fno one got back tome when i arrived at the hotel i was told that the hotel doed not offer spa tretemtn any longer -- but it is still on their web site even now -- i wanted to fo the pool on the web site they say pool i sopen until 18:00 -- i have checked in at 16:50 i was told that they have changed it until 17:00 -- still in their web site it is 18:00---so there was nothing to do to enjoy the hotel , for breakfast they do not have any option fo salads -- only option for 3 kind of eggs that comes with a salads as a side dish , the staff at the hotel especially ADEL at the desk are Friedly helpful and more.."
Hotel Yehuda
"The hotel is not in the center of town but close to the zoo and aquarium It is an easy drive into town. The privately run hotel has a gymboree for younger children, a good pool area with plenty of sitting space. There is a good pool bar serving schnitzel, sausages, salad and french fries. There is a large breakfast buffet and a reasonably priced dairy coffee shop in the lobby. Bedrooms were a decent size, clean and well serviced. Bathroom was small but well equipped."
St. George Hotel
"I am rating this hotel 1 star for its lack of cleanliness and consideration. Bathrooms were dirty and there were no AC in the conference room - even though they know we were coming. They should know we need one - we eventually asked them and they brought 2 fans."
Brown Machne Yehuda
"god hotel"
Leonardo Boutique Jerusalem
"We will definitely return, excellent service, well-maintained hotel, great breakfast, and spacious room."
Villa Brown Jerusalem, a Member of Brown Hotels
"The hotel is full of charm, very well located, an old residence…. Special mention to Mustapha at reception."
Dan Jerusalem Hotel
"the best if I could stay I would and I would enjoy"
New Capitol Hotel - Jerusalem
"The hotel is clean, hygienic and comfortable, the service attitude is good, recommended and praised"
Ibis Jerusalem City Center
"The hotel is ideally located for this boring city for a tourist, a gorgeous view of the bay, a park nearby. Terrible noise isolation, on Shabbat night, a neighbor gave us a party with dances and songs. Heard his every word clearly. The breakfasts are superb. The city of Haifa itself is uninteresting and boring, there is nothing to look at, nowhere to walk."
St Thomas Guesthouse - Jerusalem
"Just a few meters from the Damascus Gate, a hotel that offers everything you need, has parking, there's a place nearby called King of Shawarma that's also very good, 100% recommended, good price, good location"
Eyal Hotel by Smart Hotels
"This has to be the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. My husband and I didn't have room to open both our suitcases at the same time. Also, there was no light. The window opened up to a narrow passage which had no light. Was the least favorite stay of our whole trip. The food was OK in the restaurant."
