Hotel Nucha-Fattal Colors ★★★

📍 Ben Sira St 16, Jerusalem

"We went to Zahara restaurant in the Nuchu hotel. Nicely decorated but the music was too loud so the manager did turn it down. The waitress seemed inexperienced. She asked us right away what we wanted to order before even bringing us water so I had to ask the bartender for water. Also the cocktails took 25 minutes to arrive. The menu only served beef, one fish dish and goose. I had the crispy goose leg salad with mint leaves. Quite tasty but hardly crispy. Then for mains we had goose breast and beef entrecôte which was prepared well except I wasn’t crazy about the beet cream. What was weird was we noticed the other side of the patio had white tablecloths. Ours didn’t. Typical upscale Israeli restaurant. Better than most."

New Capitol Hotel - Jerusalem ★★★

📍 17 Salah eddin street, Jerusalem

"Nestled right in the heart of the city yet strategically tucked away on a vibrant street near one of Jerusalem's busiest ancient gates, this hotel offers both convenience and charm. It not only maintains cleanliness standards but also provides delightful buffet breakfast and dinner options. Even though it’s located in a lively part of town, it remains a safe and welcoming place to stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem!"

King David Hotel Jerusalem

King David Hotel Jerusalem ★★★★★

📍 King David St 23, Jerusalem

"The King David Hotel in Jerusalem is well known for its luxury and grandeur. The service is above and beyond what you expect from a 5 star hotel. We go every year and thanks to Mohammad and Rozalia our check in and entire stay was superb. The special room assignment that my Mom prefers was taken care of prior to check in. When we arrived they were waiting with open arms and went above and beyond to ensure all aspects of our stay were perfect. No review of the King David would be complete without a shout out for the magnificent breakfast, meals ond service of Isaac."

"The hotel is small, but very convenient both in location and in terms of accommodations. It's four stops from Jerusalem Train Station on bus #18. The Old City is a 7-10-minute walk away, and Jaffa Street with its cafes and shops is a minute away. The rooms are small, and some even offer capsules, but we had a triple room with a bunk bed. The downstairs bed wasn't really a bed—it was a fold-out sofa that had seen better days. In front of it was a large TV with YouTube. We watched it lying down, without folding the sofa, because we were afraid we wouldn't be able to unfold it for sleeping. Since the hotel is located in the basement, our window was small and dirty, purely for ventilation. The room has air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a fan, a TV, another sofa, a low table, a bathroom with a shower, and several lighting options. Water from the shower leaks heavily onto the bathroom floor, so be careful! There's no closet, just a coat rack, so it's difficult to organize your things, but we managed. The hotel has a kitchen with a microwave, stove, hot and cold water dispenser, tables, and chairs—a bit cramped, but comfortable. There's a gym downstairs. There's also a small outdoor area with tables and chairs. It's cozy, with lots of modern art. Towels are exchanged upon request. Recommended for travelers who prefer the outdoors to the inside."

"Convenient location, clean rooms, a bit expensive, limited variety of food, professional staff, excellent services, no water bottles in the room"

"The hotel is in an ideal location--the center of Jerusalem, in an old, quaint neighborhood. We left our car in the gated parking garage and tooled around the city on public transport. The room was large and comfortable, the dining hall spacious, good food, friendly servers. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. We would gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family."

Cassia Hotel Jerusalem Hotels in Jerusalem

Cassia Hotel Jerusalem

"I'm very, very disappointed with this hotel. Besides a decent breakfast, I paid to be upgraded, which you should definitely never do as there's no difference. The cleanliness was very average, and the rooms absolutely do not justify the price asked, with empty or broken dispensers in the showers."

Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem ★★★★
"The hotel offered a very complete lunch and dinner selection. It wasn’t extravagant, but it had a good variety and quality. The concierge service was excellent — very friendly and always attentive to any needs. As for the location, it was close to the light train, which was very convenient, although not quite as close to the Old City. The bar service was not great. Most of the time there was no one there, and the selection was very limited."

"A new Fattal hotel - and the best we have experienced in Israel. Excellent service (outstanding breakfast, quiet and efficient), rooms efficiently arranged without appearing cluttered. and a concierge who knew what was going on in Jerusalem. The hotel is located close to the old and new central areas of Jerusalem."

"I arrived into Jerusalem very late on Friday night / Saturday morning (3AM). I was met at reception by Isaa who made sure I was checked in quickly. In the morning Gofran and Abdul-Rahman at reception showed me a great local place (30 second walk from the hotel) to have breakfast and provided some tips on how to best navigate the Old City. I was only staying in Jerusalem for one day, but would happily stay in this hotel for longer. I was allowed to leave my small suitcase here for the day as I went out and took in the sites. The hotel was super clean, well furnished and the central location is perfect for site seeing. Most definitely worth the stay."

The Inbal Jerusalem ★★★★★
"I was very disappointed. We paid 3400 NIS for two nights, and the service was terrible. Upon arrival, I specifically asked if there was a Bet Knesset in the hotel, as this was important to us. They assured me there wasn’t one, so I had no choice but to search for one outside. It was pouring rain, and I ended up walking for hours to find a place to pray. To my shock, I later discovered that the hotel actually does have a Bet Knesset, but the staff either didn’t know or didn’t care to inform me. This lack of basic communication and consideration is unacceptable for a hotel that charges such a premium price. It left me feeling stressed, soaked, and deeply dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for thoughtful service or attention to detail"

King David Hotel Jerusalem ★★★★★
"The King David is the nicest hotel in Jerusalem. It is historic, has impeccable service, and is only handicapped by dated local customs (side eye towards the lack of a cheeseburger on the menu). We stayed for several. nights and had no major issues and would stay here again if we were to visit."
