"The hotel is located in the business district and parking around is difficult. Hotel guests' cars can be parked at the nearby Harmony Hotel parking lot. There are not many parking spaces there. It is an underground parking lot and can only park cars. We just arrived the other day and the front desk lady said that there was no place. The hotel is 10 minutes away from Jaffa Gate, we are walking to the old city. There are many restaurants around the hotel, the hotel breakfast is good, but there is no bread. The hotel has a free afternoon tea at 5-7 pm (happy hours), offering different biscuits, fruits and more. It seems that there are many Chinese people who go there. The word of mouth is good among the Chinese people, which is a bit exaggerated. The hotel is older and the facilities are rude, as it is noisy at night due to the city center. Israelis sleep very late at night"

Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel is part of a large complex. While the renovation is not yet fully completed, everything already looks very good. The location is excellent — just 100 meters from the Jaffa Gate. One of the highlights is the rooftop, which offers a beautiful view of the Old City, especially in the evening. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is varied and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
谷谷Great hotel, great choice for breakfast, refined and healthy. The rooms are also beautiful, with large stone buildings, typical of the Jerusalem style. The facilities are very new, 10 minutes walk from the Old City and 10 minutes from the Mamilla Shopping Center. It is especially convenient and worth living.
BBerelI recently stayed at ibis in Jerusalem and had an exceptional experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the hotel's exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, and made me feel like a valued guest.
I would highly recommend ibis to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Jerusalem. I can't wait to return!
AAhmed M AlabedBooked for my line manager, and overall, it seems to have been a good choice. The hotel has a solid reputation, and the feedback was positive. It offers a comfortable stay, professional service, and a calm atmosphere. While I didn’t stay personally, everything appeared to go smoothly and without complaints.
בבלהה דויטשThe stay at the hotel was enjoyable.
The hotel is centrally located in the city.
There is a view. Breakfast is plentiful.
Just the smell in the bathroom in the room was not good ..
Other than that everything is fine.
Kkohnt9sIt is convenient because it is a short walk from the light rail station.
It was disappointing about the facilities in the room, such as there being no chair in the room and the handle of the hair dryer getting hot when used.
The quality of the breakfast buffet changed depending on the day, but the vegetables and fruits were fresh and delicious.
It was nice to be able to leave my luggage on the last day.
I would like to use it again when I come to Jerusalem.
SSpinningvortexThe hotel room was small and honestly a little too cramped for two people. There wasn’t any space to open up luggages and the interior looks tacky. The lobby is nice but the lift has a weird design where it doesn’t arrive at your floor. Also, quite importantly there isn’t a bomb shelter in this hotel.
GGuest UserA simple hotel in excellent location. The situation is old, but everything is pretty clean.
There is not enough shelves in the soul where hygiene facilities can be put, but with such low cost and location - all the shortcomings are not substantial.
P.S. Well, perhaps except one - I arrived at the beginning of Shabat and there was no toilet paper in the room, as was the administrator behind the counter. I got out of the position - under the hand was a printed hotel voucher, but better without such surprises)
