My 5 star review is for several reasons. Arik Snir one of the managers is the main reason for the 5 star review. From the moment my friend and I arrived, Arik treated us like family. Our room was supposed to have two beds. Because housekeeping was short staffed, he followed up with me shortly after I reached the room to make sure that there were two beds. When I told him that the beds had not been seperated, he followed up every 30 minutes with me to make sure that housekeeping took care of it. Everytime Arik saw us, he asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. It felt like we had a big brother watching out for us. When we arrived at the hotel, they had an assortment of dates, nuts, cookies and raisons as well as juice in the lobby for guests. The beds in the rooms were more comfortable than my bed at home. The spread at breakfast was amazing! I plan to stay there again on my next visit to Jerusalem.

The location was excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions. I also appreciated the convenient parking options, which made my stay even smoother. Elegant and Artistic Premium quality amenities. New building. Beautiful pool. Has SPA. Nice lobby. Two towers, 4 stories. Private community (behind Hotel, apartments). Underground parking. Center for Arts in front, with big theater and opera house. Music is common to be heard. In general, our stay was great. There's no room service if you order from Wolt. You will have to go to the front desk to get your things. When we checked out, they gifted us a beautiful original Gicleé from an artist that paints Yerushalayim. Staff is very polite and speaks English, Hebrew and Arab.

We just hosted family and friends for a Bat Mitzvah weekend at the new Theatron Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, perfect size for a boutique event, staff was INCREDIBLE, and food was delicious. We all enjoyed our massages, swimming in the indoor heated pool, the sauna and the gym. I loved that they had technogym equipment which synced with my apple watch. The lobby bar was our favorite place to sit and enjoy the fresh coffee and snacks. We will be back!
