Park Hotel Cellini

The hotel is in a nice location, facing the sea and close to the main avenue, this is the only reason that can justify the 4 stars. The structure is pleasant. The hotel services are very poor, from the reception to the restaurant (dirty dishes, poor service), to cleanliness. Our room was located under the laundry room, the washing machine was very noisy and worked from early morning until late at night, making it difficult to rest in the afternoon.

On arrival we were not given the beach pass which was given to us 2 days later, the lights in the bathroom were missing, the intercom and the remote control for the second TV were missing, on the second day the safe did not work, not being able to solve the problem we were given changed the room then change of wardrobes and suitcases etc etc all at 2 in the morning…. and in the other room the air conditioning doesn't work, so we are offered a third room but not ready for overnight stay! We refused and we spent a nightmare night in the scorching heat! All for the modest sum of €250 per night! Then let's not talk about the parking space which can barely fit Smart and Fiat 500s! Total indifference at check out despite being asked to speak to a manager. Defective wardrobe as it did not open correctly therefore opening the drawers was difficult. Good location with immediate access to the sea. As for the structure it has nothing to do with a 4 star hotel. Zero cleaning; cobwebs near the tables, very badly cleaned rooms not to mention the bathroom... Inexperienced dining room staff, the maitre d' more awkward than the others. None of them said good morning, good evening or have a good day upon entering the room. Some of the waitresses went in and out of the kitchen while serving the tables while eating. Poor breakfast and dinner buffets. First course, second course and dessert to be pitiful for a 4-star hotel. The first evening we requested a bottle of Prosecco and we were not even served a seau a Glace to put it in the fridge, having not finished it that evening it was offered to us again the following evening (HOT and low on gas). Limited parking we had to park on the street because there was no more space, crazy 😂😂 Forget it and look for something better, our mistake was not reading the reviews first. All that glitters is not gold 👍

Nice hotel but certainly nothing up to the standard of a 4 star. Inexperienced staff and total disorganization. Breakfast and basic cuisine, poor. The buffet is practically non-existent at lunch. Dirt and disorder outside the hotel. Only the location is excellent.

We had a very good time in this hotel made in Italy, made in the world. Fantastic staff, excellent cuisine and the Maitre Saif who controls everything meticulously. Only flaw.....the cleaning ladies are a bit slow. See you next year Cellini!!!!!!

Very nice hotel facing the sea, friendly, competent and very kind staff. This year's strong point is Maitre Saif with his impeccable organization. If you decide on the half board or full board option, the food is plentiful and sublime, the buffet is also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. 5 star review.
