SSummeryayayayaThis was a very satisfying stay! After booking, the hotel contacted us in advance to ask about the estimated check-in time. It takes about 20 minutes to get there by taxi from the high-speed rail station. The hotel is located in Yaohan, the new city area, which is quite lively. The 4th floor of the hotel can be directly connected to Yaohan, which is very convenient. After checking in to the room, there was a welcome decoration. The baby likes the bunny stacked in the guest room very much. When playing in Jiande, the bunny basically never leaves his hand. Hahahaha 😆 He gave it to us when he left. The baby was very happy! The hotel has a very good sanitary environment, and the towels and bathrobes are sealed in disposable bags. It makes people feel at ease to use it 😌 Special thanks to Alina Lu~ Careful reception and kind service. Helped upgrade the river view room for the elderly, and also shared local food and attractions information in advance, making our trip more convenient~ There is also the room manager, Manager Lu, who wrote a handwritten welcome card. Many details make people feel the service and care of the hotel. Btw, the breakfast is delicious and the bedding is very comfortable~ It is worth staying in Jiande. The small gift bag given before leaving is so beautiful😻

Hygiene: Very good hygiene, clean and tidy.
Environment: Living in a painting-like scenery, I can experience the beauty of the mountains and rivers of Fuchun River. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and rivers. The unique environment makes me feel like I am living in a painting. Whether it is Guagua Paradise, Hobbit Village, Cute Pet Paradise, River Tracing or Children's Handicrafts, it can make children spend a happy holiday. Three days and two nights are not enough.
Service: Service is the most praiseworthy part of the hotel. Whether it is the shuttle bus driver or the cleaning aunt, Master Ye of the picture book museum, they are all very enthusiastic, take the initiative to say hello, and interact with the children. What is especially worth praising is the housekeeper Xiao Zhou, who is the fairy housekeeper I have met in so many hotels. The service is very enthusiastic and the attitude is excellent. We can quickly and effectively meet our needs. It can be said that the housekeeper Xiao Zhou is the most important in this perfect journey!

XXiaocaibaoI collected Park Su very early, taking advantage of the high temperature on the weekend, the high-speed rail from Shanghai to Jiande to check in the hotel for a weekend. The service is very attentive. The housekeeper Jianqun immediately responded to any demands. The surprise was that the WeChat avatar was printed in the photo frame in the room. The welcome card seemed very sincere. The hotel will not elaborate. In my aesthetics, I have seen a few room types. In winter, I recommend a balcony room with a wide view and warm sunshine. If you must find the lack, the breakfast variety is quite rich but the taste is average.

AAnonymous UserThe homestay is located in the ”B&B Village”, and you can enter the Daciyan Scenic Area in minutes. The owner enthusiastically helped us contact for ticket discounts (remotely).
Because we arrived late, it was raining, I was tired, the boss was not at home and so on, we did not enjoy the room upgrade provided by the platform, which was a bit regretful.
However, after returning from Daciyan, we asked the aunt to cook us a delicious lunch of 1 meat and 2 vegetables in advance, which helped us quickly restore our energy. Thumbs up. Being able to eat in the B&B is perfect.

MMattStray Clouds Villa is a fantastic place to stay in Jiande, especially for those looking to take a break from city life and enjoy some time in the countryside. The owner of the hotel lives in Singapore, but handles registration for foreigners remotely. The three women who work at the hotel are lovely and make sure that each guest is treated with the same generous hospitality. My only suggestion for foreign passport holders looking to stay here is to establish contact with the owner in advance by adding his WeChat (same as the hotel's phone number) to share documents required for registration at the local police station including passport information page, current Chinese visa, most recent entry stamp, residential address in China, and phone number. This will decrease the time needed for check-in.
The hotel itself was spectacularly clean and the rooms were spacious. The hotel is just minutes away by foot from Tuanyun Pagoda (抟云塔) and Wenchang Pavilion (文昌阁), two of Xinye Ancient's Village (新叶古村) most recognizable landmarks. The nearest bullet train station in Lanxi, Jinhua is currently closed, so it's best to take a bullet train into Jiande Station (建德站) followed by a 70-90 minute Didi directly to the hotel.
Highly recommended for a weekend getaway!

In terms of supporting facilities, there is a washing machine and a fitness room, which is very good, although it is useless.
It is worth complaining about parking. It is not convenient to park in the opposite Shengde Square. You can enter and exit once a day. You will have to pay for it when you come out and stop in the middle. Since it is a third party agreement, why not make it more reasonable?
