The hotel is very beautiful and quiet, and the service is also very good. After booking the room, someone will call you to confirm the basic itinerary. One day before check-in, someone will add you on WeChat to communicate. My housekeeper is called: Li Shi Jingjing, and she basically responds to all requests. It happened to rain during the few days we stayed, so there were not many people and it was very quiet. Also because of the rain, the misty rain was another scene. It was quite unexpected that the Chinese restaurant was delicious. The breakfast was made by an auntie nearby. The dishes and rice for lunch and dinner were good, and the price was acceptable.

It's a beautiful hotel. With the arrangement of Lishi Orange, we checked in smoothly and the room was upgraded. It was like a retreat from the world. We spent 24 hours leisurely in this small world. We had breakfast and dinner, both of which were good. We took a hot spring bath, walked along the plank road to the cafe and saw the wider Xin'an River four or five kilometers away. Let's come again in autumn!

The hotel's Zhuyin Cafe was awarded the 2024CBHA Most Characteristic Restaurant, which literally means the most characteristic or individual restaurant. I think it is probably the best summary of Fuchun Fangwai. We checked in in late April, and the few guests just showed the quiet characteristics. Unfortunately, there was construction next to the main building, and it happened to rain one day, and the mud shuttle bus could not be sent directly back to the room, so the experience was discounted. Another day was sunny and the other day was cloudy, so we just enjoyed the different charms between the mountains and rivers. The section along the Xin'an River Trail to the Fuchun River was really great👍🏻. The guest room design and supplies are very careful, which is a good work, but the ups and downs of the mountain cause ups and downs. We two patients have just recovered, so we must be careful when moving. If there are elderly people with inconvenient legs and feet traveling, they must inform the hotel in advance and arrange properly. We had two breakfasts and two dinners in the restaurant, and the overall performance was online. The steamed free-range chicken was quite delicious😍. However, judging by the level of luxury hotels, breakfast seems to be insufficient, and the appearance of the fried eggs deserves improvement😂. I remember staying at the Park Hyatt Resort Dongqian Lake for two nights last winter. Although it was off-season, the breakfast experience was still rich and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is equipped with a hot spring pool, which is divided into male and female areas. I went to enjoy it once in the afternoon when there were few people. It felt very good, but it happened to rain and thunder🌩️, which was risky for guests in the open-air pool. I did not receive a reminder from the service staff. It seems that they do not have this awareness, which is worth mentioning. In addition, on the day of completing the reservation, because there was a section of waterway, I called the hotel to find out the parking spot for self-driving, but the hotel's switchboard seemed to be out of service that day. Later, I contacted Ctrip customer service, but it took a day to get in touch. As a top hotel, the switchboard should not be disconnected for a day. To sum up the feelings, the flaws do not cover the merits. Our overall satisfaction is very good, and we still give a high score, but we think that the hotel will make greater progress only if we hear more complete opinions.

I went to Fuchun Fangwai with my family for a vacation on the weekend. Lishi Xiaoyan added WeChat one day in advance and communicated our needs. Because we were traveling with two elderly people, Xiaoyan was very thoughtful and specially arranged a room in the same building in advance for us to take care of the elderly. Fuchun Fangwai is a hidden paradise hotel. We took a boat to enter the hotel. Lishi Xiaoyan was waiting for us at the dock in advance. All meals were solved in the hotel restaurant. Every dish in the restaurant was delicious, and the taste was not inferior to some black pearl and Michelin restaurants.

The stay was very good. The hotel prepared a variety of cultural experience activities. I didn't stop from check-in to check-out, and I was always focused on the class. The scenery here is beautiful, and it is a great place to escape from the world! I also thank the housekeeper, Li Shi Pingping, for responding to every car and activity appointment in a timely manner, and reminding us of meal time in time. Her thoughtful service made our stay more comfortable and secure.

The overall experience was good, and Lishi Orange was very welcoming. There are quite a lot of things to do in the hotel. If you only stay for one night, it feels a bit busy, hahahahaha. I will stay a few more nights next time if I have the chance.
