Immediately Upon arrival the staff we're very welcoming and the hospitality felt genuine. There were complimentary snacks in the foyeur for the Qingming festival which kept the little one entertained whilst we dealt with a very swift check-in, The room was facing the river and immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. When we went swimming our daughter didn't have goggles to wear and was gratefully lent a set by the staff there. The Food was really great and our waitress Cindy helped us with every request we had for breakfast and on the second day, because we had to leave early, the front desk lady Alice also assisted us by preparing a take-away meal. The fact that the hotel opens into a very modern shopping center made sure that We throughly enjoyed our Stay and we highly recommend anyone else to stay.

The room is very good and the service is very good, especially the service and dishes of the restaurant ”Yijiangnan” on the third floor are first-class. Yijiangnan has a waiter named Xu Xiaoqing (I only knew it by looking at the brand she wore) who is very serious in service. I really treat customers as family members. In a few links such as ordering, serving and checkout, they all withdraw the good professional quality, which is worthy of praise 👍👍👍

It's a pretty good business hotel. It's in the center of Jiande. It's very convenient to travel. The hotel has its own parking lot. Although it's not big, it's very convenient. The self-service check-in machine at the front desk is easy to operate and the check-in procedure is fast. There is also a large children's play area upstairs, where the children had a lot of fun. The layout of the guest rooms is quite warm and has a strong cultural atmosphere. The overall service at the hotel is friendly and professional. I will choose it again next time I come to Jiande. ji

I stayed for 2 days during May 1st, and the price was more than 150 higher than usual, which was acceptable. Hotel facilities are very good, the car can be parked directly at the gate, and there are many parking spaces in the yard. Although it has been in business for some years, the room facilities are well maintained, the space is large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, a few kilometers away from Xin'an River, and more than ten kilometers to Yanzhou Ancient City and Qiandao Lake. It is very convenient to drive by car. The breakfast is varied, and it is 7 o'clock to have breakfast. Some dishes are already a bit cold. There is a team to eat breakfast, they fill the table, and they do not let me sit when there is a seat. The front desk service attitude is good, there are questions and answers, and the attitude is warm.

The hotel is in a great location, just by the Xin'an River, a 2-minute walk away. The staff are very friendly and the service is very good. The hotel also has a message wall, tea brewing around the stove, and handmade tofu buns. The overall environment, hygiene, service, and management are all very good. I will come again next time.

It feels so cost-effective, and the double-bed room with a 1.35-meter double bed is booked at a very affordable price, which is great! The hotel's customer service is very friendly, the buffet breakfast is also good, and there is a swimming pool. It is very close to the riverside and can be reached by walking. Worth going again!

第一次來建德，比較相信大品牌，所以選擇了，法國盧浮集團旗下的凱里亞德品牌，果然是連鎖大品牌，酒店非常大氣，不亞於五星級酒店，價格也特別親民，我訂的是200多一點，個人感覺超值。房間也很大，房間乾淨，前台服務也特別好，小姑娘也挺熱情！周邊配套齊全，美食不錯！

The shower facilities are good, the room is comfortable, the service is warm and thoughtful, the experience is very good, very satisfied, and I will book the Xin'an Riverside Hotel again in the future.
