The holiday consultant Ye Cheng provided great service. He contacted us early to let us know the check-in time and arranged a shuttle bus to check us in when we arrived at the parking lot. The hotel breakfast was quite rich. It happened that the hotel had a promotional price for the buffet dinner on Saturday, which was also the Chinese Valentine's Day. The decoration of the room is exquisite and stylish, and the log-color furniture is matched with warm lighting, creating a warm home atmosphere. It takes about 20 minutes to get there by taxi from the high-speed rail station. The hotel is located in Yaohan, the new city area, which is quite lively. The 4th floor of the hotel can be directly connected to Yaohan, which is very convenient. After checking in to the room, there was a welcome decoration. The baby likes the bunny stacked in the guest room very much. When playing in Jiande, the bunny basically never leaves his hand. Hahahaha 😆 He gave it to us when he left. The baby was very happy! The hotel has a very good sanitary environment, and the towels and bathrobes are sealed in disposable bags. It makes people feel at ease to use it 😌 Special thanks to Alina Lu~ Careful reception and kind service. Helped upgrade the river view room for the elderly, and also shared local food and attractions information in advance, making our trip more convenient~ There is also the room manager, Manager Lu, who wrote a handwritten welcome card. Many details make people feel the service and care of the hotel. Btw, the breakfast is delicious and the bedding is very comfortable~ It is worth staying in Jiande. The small gift bag given before leaving is so beautiful😻

The hotel is adjacent to Xin'an River and has a beautiful environment. Kaiyuan-style hotels are very good at integrating nature into humanistic care. The rooms are scattered on the mountain, with a perfect size, equipped with a balcony and floor heating throughout the house, and high oxygen content. If you want to go somewhere and don't want to walk, you can call a taxi, which is very convenient.
The hotel is very family-friendly, with indoor and outdoor playgrounds. Children especially like the outdoor Hobbit Park, which is surrounded by towering trees and streams. It must be great to play in the water in the summer. There is also a farm, tree house and animal feeding. Children can also receive a small toy when they check in.
Adults can also hike on the greenway, paddle board, pick tea at the top of the tea mountain, drink coffee and watch the river, go fishing, and walk the dog.
The hotel's breakfast and Chinese restaurant are both very good. You can also drive to the nearby Qili Yangfan Scenic Area and Yanzhou Ancient City.
Housekeeper Xiaowen will provide thoughtful activity times and travel suggestions every day, like it!

Dogs are not allowed to swim in the large swimming pool, but I was lucky this time because the water in the swimming pool was changed the next day, so special dogs could go to the swimming pool to play in the evening.

AAnonymous UserThe homestay is located in the ”B&B Village”, and you can enter the Daciyan Scenic Area in minutes. The owner enthusiastically helped us contact for ticket discounts (remotely).
Because we arrived late, it was raining, I was tired, the boss was not at home and so on, we did not enjoy the room upgrade provided by the platform, which was a bit regretful.
However, after returning from Daciyan, we asked the aunt to cook us a delicious lunch of 1 meat and 2 vegetables in advance, which helped us quickly restore our energy. Thumbs up. Being able to eat in the B&B is perfect.

MMattStray Clouds Villa is a fantastic place to stay in Jiande, especially for those looking to take a break from city life and enjoy some time in the countryside. The owner of the hotel lives in Singapore, but handles registration for foreigners remotely. The three women who work at the hotel are lovely and make sure that each guest is treated with the same generous hospitality. My only suggestion for foreign passport holders looking to stay here is to establish contact with the owner in advance by adding his WeChat (same as the hotel's phone number) to share documents required for registration at the local police station including passport information page, current Chinese visa, most recent entry stamp, residential address in China, and phone number. This will decrease the time needed for check-in.
The hotel itself was spectacularly clean and the rooms were spacious. The hotel is just minutes away by foot from Tuanyun Pagoda (抟云塔) and Wenchang Pavilion (文昌阁), two of Xinye Ancient's Village (新叶古村) most recognizable landmarks. The nearest bullet train station in Lanxi, Jinhua is currently closed, so it's best to take a bullet train into Jiande Station (建德站) followed by a 70-90 minute Didi directly to the hotel.
Highly recommended for a weekend getaway!
