New hotel, cleanliness is impeccable, the service attitude of the staff is impeccable. There are relatively few restaurants around, and you have to go about two kilometers away to find more choices. For takeaway, the hotel has a food delivery machine.

1、行李較多，喊前台沒反應一定要等行李員回去。
2、出行前烘乾衣服，寫好紙條請前台幫代取，答應的很好，結果晚上回房間沒有，一直在烘乾機裏未取。
3、晚上回去感受特別大震顫的聲音，致電前台得知樓下KTV，已是最高樓層無法調房，凌晨2 點後才睡着，果斷提前退房。
4、為了提神，早餐自帶杯子打了餐廳的咖啡被告知不可以外帶。一夜沒怎麼睡，還要開車，打杯咖啡被一個穿着便裝的女士拉着員工在旁邊很大聲的吐槽，這個早餐吃的很憋氣，忍了沒發生爭執。後得知那女士是酒店老闆，就這個格局來講，這個店能經營好需要再下很大功夫了。温德姆這麼搞下去，就做爛了。
5、房卡忘帶，提房號直接制卡，應該是沒經過培訓，這樣很容易出大事。
6、給客房部五分好評，衞生做的好。

該酒店於25年新開業，已據備了4星乃至5星的標準。酒店位置好，附近有興爾碼大型商超，停車場大停車方便，入住很快，前台接待服務熱情，周到，客房打掃及時高效，工作人員都很敬業且專業，餐廳早餐比較豐富，尤其前台姓韋的女服務員待人更熱情，給人以親情般的温暖，早餐在餐廳的女經理素質也超高，這是非常滿意的一次入住體驗，期待着重逢再入住。

新酒店，設施新，前台服務員主動介紹建水旅遊建議。到達酒店時不巧原本訂的房型在統一修繕，前台馬上帶我們看了另外二種房型，免費更換更大的房間。 房間智能設施，茶几衞浴的顏色搭配高級，damana的沐浴洗髮潤膚套裝香味迷人，非常舒服。美中不足是設計師應該增加一個書桌和椅子的位置。早餐雖然品種不太多，但貴在精。餐廳服務員非常熱情主動。自駕停車場很方便，離古城不遠。
