I loved staying in this hotel - the traditional Chinese architecture was beautiful and our room was so spacious and comfy. Service was excellent and the staff really made us feel at home. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well - all the dishes tasted so good and there was a wide variety too.

Very beautiful hotel built with traditional methods. Very kind service and a short cab ride to the ancient city. Highly recommended. Restaurant is ok - maybe we didn't order the right dishes; wasn't as delicious as expected. A friendly lady was making local grilled tofu for guests - she gave us lots of sightseeing tips and her hospitality is much appreciated.

建水兩千多一晚的酒店，連續三天洗澡水均是如此，酒店給出的解釋是暴雨市政管網問題，放放就好，結果放了幾池均如此，同伴房間也如此。本想市政如此也算不可抗因素，結果發現涼水完全沒問題，這酒店實在可惡，哄騙客人還理直氣壯。裝修再豪華，連基本安全的用水都做不到，極不安全．太不負責任！

酒店地理位置絕佳，去哪都很近，飯後廣慈湖邊散步還有點西湖邊的感覺👍
酒店是跑馬轉角樓建築，非常有特色的酒店，低調奢華有內涵，恰到好處的完美，雨中的園景也別有一番風味。
另外感謝趙經理無微不至的服務，耐心講解了建水歷史，特色遊玩和餐飲，非常nice，早餐品類不算多但很精美，遊玩回來在酒店坐着賞魚下午茶，巴適得很。
建水之行因此加分不少，強推！

古色古香的中式建築，一步一景，中式美學就是無可比擬。早餐種類不多，但味道很棒，吃得出來是現做而非預製菜品，兩位長者讚不絕口。孩子沒吃早餐，我們帶走了幾個中式小餅，孩子吃完了還想吃😋下次來建水，還要來這裏住

環境很不錯，院子外景挺有特色，但是整體服務還是差了點意思，沒有那麼周到。特別是早餐，説是到10點半，但是10點東西就沒什麼了，服務員還怪我們起的太晚。

管家服務好，在門口迎接我們，免費升級了套房。院子幽靜，早餐品質不算很多，但來雲南必吃的米粉和卷粉都好好吃。還有江南小院的水池，裏面養的錦鯉很活潑，水活魚肥説明是風水寶地。大夥都説下次來，還住這裏。
