Jianshui Heyuan Hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything. After dinner, I took a walk by Guangci Lake and felt a bit like the West Lake👍 The hotel is a horse racing corner building, a very distinctive hotel, low-key luxury and connotation, just perfect, and the garden view in the rain is also unique. In addition, I would like to thank Manager Zhao for his meticulous service and patiently explained the history of Jianshui, special tours and dining. It was very nice. The breakfast category was not much but very exquisite. After the tour, I sat in the hotel to watch the fish and have afternoon tea. It was very comfortable. This added a lot of points to the trip to Jianshui, and it is highly recommended!

The environment is very nice, and the courtyard view is quite unique, but the overall service is still a bit lacking, not so thoughtful. Especially the breakfast, which is said to be until 10:30, but there is nothing left at 10 o'clock, and the waiter blamed us for getting up too late.

The housekeeper service was good. He greeted us at the door and upgraded us to a suite for free. The courtyard was quiet. The quality of the breakfast was not very good, but the rice noodles and rolled noodles that you must eat when you come to Yunnan were delicious. There is also a pond in the Jiangnan courtyard. The koi fish in it are very lively. The lively water and fat fish show that it is a Feng Shui treasure land. Everyone said that they would stay here again next time they come.

It should be said that the decoration of the hotel took a lot of effort, but there are still many flaws in management: 1. The flow of guests of the hotel rooms and the restaurant for external operation are mixed together. The guests who eat can go upstairs directly to the guest rooms as soon as they turn around, which poses a safety hazard. 2. When eating breakfast, you need to pass the restaurant downstairs. I saw that the waiter was still sorting out the leftovers of the guests last night, which made me feel bad. 3. After the air conditioner was turned on for one night, there was a smell of sewer in the room in the morning. Later, the hotel used a deodorant in the bathroom floor drain to improve it, but as a high-end boutique hotel, such a situation should not occur. 4. The hotel is very close to the residence, and I was woken up by the sound of the blower in the morning. I hope the hotel can improve its management level.

A very satisfactory hotel. If Jianshui didn't stay in this hotel, it would be a lot less attractive. The front desk helped us upgrade to a small suite for free. It was very large and classical, and it was very comfortable to stay in. The hotel is an antique building with a courtyard design. Sitting next to the landscape pool, enjoying the breeze and drinking coffee, it was very comfortable to spend the hottest noon. The hotel's dining is also one of the best in Jianshui, and it is recommended. If I have to find fault, the water volume on the top of the shower is relatively small, which can be improved.
