The accommodation is above the hot spring, and it is damp and stuffy as soon as you open the door! I turned off the air conditioner and opened the window, but there was a building outside the window and there was no way to ventilate the room. When I got home, I found that my body was covered with red bumps. It might be because I was bitten by mites. It was so itchy! Won't go again. The ventilation in the indoor children's play area is not good. The indoor children's play area is like a fairyland, full of fog and you can't see anything clearly.

The front desk upgraded the room type and we stayed in the Four Seasons Hotel Hot Spring Room. The robot service is super fast. The breakfast variety is a bit limited, it can be made richer, it feels very nice

The room was very satisfactory. First of all, the front desk helped me upgrade the room type. There is also a Starbucks downstairs, which is very convenient for drinking coffee. The taste of the breakfast needs to be slightly improved. Everything else is good.

I stayed here for three days and two nights during the Spring Festival. To check in, I had to register at the front desk of the Four Seasons Hotel next door. The front desk of the hot spring hotel was only responsible for admission to the hot spring. There are not many rooms in the hot spring hotel. The third and fourth floors are guest rooms, with a total of about 20 rooms. The room is very high, so there is no sense of oppression. But the facilities are old and not very clean. Although the room had just been cleaned when we checked in, there was still a lot of dust on the table. Breakfast was shared at the Four Seasons restaurant. The front desk staff said that we could call to reserve a shuttle bus from the hot spring hotel to the Four Seasons Hotel (every morning when we went downstairs, the front desk was empty and the service was zero). There are quite a lot of varieties for breakfast, and the food and drinks are OK, but it's terrible because there are so many people. Some aunties and uncles just grab things with their hands (and these people basically don't wash their hands after going to the toilet), some run around with a clip, and some children run around recklessly. Therefore, the quality of a hotel depends on the quality of its guests. The hot spring area is generally ok, the kids had a lot of fun there, but there were basically no staff, and if there were any, they were just there to get by. There are people who wear slippers in the hot spring pool. Also, towels are only available in the locker room. Logically, some should be placed inside the venue to prevent people from catching a cold when they go in and out and wear wet towels. Especially in outdoor open-air pools, you should put some towels!
