Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

The room is new, spacious and in a good location. On New Year's Eve, we saw fireworks in the distance at the hotel because of the high floor. The only drawback is that there are no bed guardrails for children. Our group booked 4 rooms, one of which was upgraded to a suite. An unexpected surprise. There were also a lot of people at breakfast. There was no queue on the first day, and everyone went in to find seats. It was very chaotic. For breakfast the next day, hotel staff were at the door to maintain order, and you had to wait in line to get a seat before going in to dine. Feel much better.

Tucao first. The hotel hasn't been completely renovated yet, and there is only a section of the lakeside trail, which is not connected to the outside world. When I went there, the attitude of welcoming guests was average. I asked where the underground garage was and ignored them. The elevator buttons are unclear, and the front desk can't be found at once. There is a serious smell in the corridors of the guest rooms, and the rooms are slightly better. The front desk staff was not well trained and couldn't answer the questions asked, and forgot to swipe the card. Toiletries need to be picked up at the front desk, but they are not asked when checking in. No one answers the room service calls during certain hours at night, so you need to go downstairs to the front desk yourself. Breakfast is not a buffet, only Chinese and Western set menus can be selected. All trash cans in the room are not covered with trash bags, and I don’t think it is appropriate to throw away some trash. There are only eight kinds of beverages in the refrigerator, and there is a charge. Obviously I am sorry for the price. The rooms at half the price of Wanda are free. Say something good. The hotel is very clean, and the lake view room can indeed enjoy the entire lake view. Most of the staff are still very enthusiastic, knowing that their hotel is a bit like a maze, and will lead you where you want to go. This hotel chain has a great location, right next to Jiaxing Railway Station. Jiaxing Railway Station is very beautiful, very modern, and the overall feeling is transparent, as if you are in a two-dimensional space. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are acceptable. The price/performance ratio is quite high. The front desk staff was also very responsible and even called to inquire if there was a piece of clothing missing. No photos of the hotel were taken. But the staff at the train station all know Jinjiang Inn. Will continue to stay next time.

I booked a 4.1-point hotel on Ctrip for the first time. After I moved in, I felt that this score was still very objective.
