The room is relatively small, the decoration is old, and many places are cracked. The space is small and dry and wet are separated, so the toilet is even smaller. This is not a big problem. The biggest problem is that the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear people talking in the corridor very clearly. You can even hear the next room taking a shower and flushing it clearly. Breakfast is on the second floor, with fewer varieties and no meaty taste. Of course, don’t ask for too much if the price is less than 300 yuan.

The hotel has a great experience in all aspects! The first thing I need to praise is the airport pick-up service. I accidentally saw that they have this service when placing an order. I contacted the hotel front desk in advance to tell the arrival time. The driver had already contacted and waited for me in advance. I was really moved. I told the driver that I was afraid of the cold, and the driver remembered it. After arriving at the store, the driver helped me with my luggage and told the front desk to arrange a warmer room. The front desk lady received me warmly, gave me a scented tea towel, and introduced the surrounding fun attractions and dining features, which is really practical for me, a newcomer to Jiayuguan. The room is large, tidy, and clean! The room was warm all night, and I coughed a little when I went downstairs in the morning. The front desk lady reminded me to wear thicker clothes and keep warm. It was very considerate! Next to it is the East Lake scenic spot, and there are many people running along the way. Breathe some fresh air, and you will be in a beautiful mood all day! In short, the experience is great, as a tourist check-in place👍👍👍

Although the room is small, it is clean and hygienic. The service staff are very friendly. There is a free pick-up service, fruits every day, and it is easy to get a taxi. There are many restaurants around, but the only thing I have to say is that the room is close to the road and it is very noisy. We are woken up by the noise outside the window before six every morning. When we opened the curtains, we saw these people who didn't know what they were doing making a lot of noise until eight o'clock. I wanted to change rooms, but I also work in the hotel industry and know how difficult it is to work in the service industry, so I endured it. First let me start by saying when you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room on the west side of the hotel, floors 6 and up. When we just arrived we got a room on floor 5 (a budget room, so just pay a bit extra for a better room) and it just didn't feel clean and the toilet didn't work, but the staff were so nice the upgraded our room to the 7th floor and the room there were clean, spacious and really nice.
The staff helped us with everything during our stay, and organized a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and they could speak some English
Overall I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to stay a couple nights.

It was my first time to Jiayuguan, and I chose this hotel. The service attitude was so good, and it included pick-up and drop-off! The driver, Master Zhang, had a super good service attitude, because he was the one who picked me up and dropped me off at the scenic spot and the high-speed rail station. He was super enthusiastic, and the service attitude of the entire hotel staff was super good. He also gave me yogurt and fruit on the first night. If I had a chance, I would come to Jiayuguan again for this hotel. It was really good! The scenery on the road was also very good! And the price was super favorable, and the service provided was completely worth the ticket price or even more! It felt really great!

The best hotel to stay in during the Great Northwest Loop Tour. A four-star hotel with the best environment, hygiene and service attitude. The three ordinary standard rooms we booked were all upgraded to business standard rooms free of charge. Each room has a balcony and a fruit plate, which is really not too comfortable. Next time I go to Northwest, I will definitely go there again.

They speak little or no English (as everywhere) but communication worked, also with translator app, and they were helpful and attentive. For me, location was very convenient (next to the railway station (the one I used), a city bus hub, e.g. to the fort, and some food options)

GGuiluweihouThe room is very big and very warm. You don’t need to cover yourself with a quilt when sleeping at night. The heating in the north is really good. It’s not like the cold in the south where you can’t even take your hands out. There is also a small table in the room which is convenient for eating and drinking tea. You don’t have to sit on the bed anymore. While eating, I accidentally spilled something on the bed.
Service: The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic
Environment: Just a few hundred meters away is the Fuqiang Night Market, where you can find everything to eat and drink, as well as internet celebrity shops.

The girls at the front desk were very nice (the recommended Xiaohua and Dapangzi, Huguo, Xingpi tea, and beef noodles were all delicious, and the hotel location was good, not far from these places). They also upgraded our room (thank you again). The guest rooms were very clean, and the corners of the bathroom were very clean. Whether it was the room staff or the front desk, they would greet the guests and respond to the guests' needs. It was great👍... The shampoo, shower and hand soap in the room all smelled very good, and the most favorite thing was that the pillows were so comfortable (I want to know what brand it is)
I almost forgot to mention the breakfast. The restaurant was clean and sanitary, and the dishes were rich!
I forgot to take pictures of the guest rooms in a hurry, but I will choose Starway Hotel in the future

It is very close to Fantawild Phase 2. After a day of playing, my baby and I had a good sleep. In addition, it actually includes breakfast, complete with eggs and side dishes, and it tastes good!

Additional details that is not that important but the accumulation makes it annoying is that there is no bathroom matte so it’s quite slippery when you leave the shower

The room has air conditioning, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the child said that the bathroom is like a space capsule, which is very interesting.
