The location is very good to find, the front desk called in advance to reserve a parking space, took the initiative to help with the luggage, and also sent welcome fruit. The seafood hot pot eaten upstairs in the hotel at night tastes good, the ingredients are very fresh, the only downside is that the waiter in the restaurant does not know if he is in a bad mood. I was frowned when I served the food. I wouldn't have called him if the hot pot gas tank was always out.

I booked a room for a business trip. It is located in the city center. There are many restaurants around the hotel. I don't have to worry about eating. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. The check-in experience was great, and free drop-off service was provided. Every service staff I encountered was warm and thoughtful, so I would like to give it a thumbs up. The room is very clean, the bathroom is large, and the wet and dry bathrooms are separated. Any problems will be solved immediately. The attitude is very good. I like it. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Jiayuguan.

From the high-speed direct, about ten minutes or so, the front desk called in advance to help us reserve a parking space, and the waiter waited at the elevator to send us to the room, the service was very good ๐.
Breakfast is simple, but ask us in advance what we want to eat, and give us what to do, it's quite good.
The room is clean and tidy, and it is a good value for money hotel on the road.

The front desk service is very good and there is a laundry room. The room is very new. There are pothos in the room and a humidifier. For the newly renovated hotel, it shows that the boss is very attentive. I was upgraded to a twin room with my baby. Two bottles of water were not enough and they gave me water. Seeing that they were very busy, I took the initiative to go downstairs to the front desk to get it and was happy to do so. This hotel is the most satisfying and has the best service in the Northwest. When I stay in the South, I am used to professional hotel services. This hotel has a sense of service and is highly recommended.

Although the room is small, it is clean and hygienic. The service staff are very friendly. There is a free pick-up service, fruits every day, and it is easy to get a taxi. There are many restaurants around, but the only thing I have to say is that the room is close to the road and it is very noisy. We are woken up by the noise outside the window before six every morning. When we opened the curtains, we saw these people who didn't know what they were doing making a lot of noise until eight o'clock. I wanted to change rooms, but I also work in the hotel industry and know how difficult it is to work in the service industry, so I endured it. People who sleep lightly should not choose this room type.

The hotel is very good, the location is convenient, the room is clean, and the key is that the hotel is elegant and modern, full of Zen, pleasing to the eye, and there is also a smart butler. The breakfast is also very good, and a thoughtful little gift is given. The earplugs and eye masks are very practical. When leaving, a souvenir is also given. The best hotel to stay in during the Great Northwest Loop Tour. A four-star hotel with the best environment, hygiene and service attitude. The three ordinary standard rooms we booked were all upgraded to business standard rooms free of charge. Each room has a balcony and a fruit plate, which is really not too comfortable. Next time I go to Northwest, I will definitely go there again.

First let me start by saying when you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room on the west side of the hotel, floors 6 and up. When we just arrived we got a room on floor 5 (a budget room, so just pay a bit extra for a better room) and it just didn't feel clean and the toilet didn't work, but the staff were so nice the upgraded our room to the 7th floor and the room there were clean, spacious and really nice.
The staff helped us with everything during our stay, and organized a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and they could speak some English
Overall I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to stay a couple nights.

The girls at the front desk were very nice (the recommended Xiaohua and Dapangzi, Huguo, Xingpi tea, and beef noodles were all delicious, and the hotel location was good, not far from these places). They also upgraded our room (thank you again). The guest rooms were very clean, and the corners of the bathroom were very clean. Whether it was the room staff or the front desk, they would greet the guests and respond to the guests' needs. It was great๐... The shampoo, shower and hand soap in the room all smelled very good, and the most favorite thing was that the pillows were so comfortable (I want to know what brand it is)
I almost forgot to mention the breakfast. The restaurant was clean and sanitary, and the dishes were rich!
I forgot to take pictures of the guest rooms in a hurry, but I will choose Starway Hotel in the future

They speak little or no English (as everywhere) but communication worked, also with translator app, and they were helpful and attentive. For me, location was very convenient (next to the railway station (the one I used), a city bus hub, e.g. to the fort, and some food options)

There are shopping malls and night markets nearby, which is very convenient. The front desk is also very friendly and answers all questions.

GGuest UserThe room was nice, big and clean, but the price was a bit expensive at 400, making it the most expensive hotel on this trip to the Hexi Corridor. The hotel is in a great location, probably in the city center of Jiayuguan, with a shopping mall next to it. We had dinner at Master Wang's Mutton Soup Restaurant on the recommendation of the front desk lady. The mutton broth and mutton tripe broth were both delicious, especially the stir-fried lamb liver.

It is very close to Fantawild Phase 2. After a day of playing, my baby and I had a good sleep. In addition, it actually includes breakfast, complete with eggs and side dishes, and it tastes good!
Finally, I want to talk about the myna at the door of the inn (it must be myna). He actually understood what we were saying and nodded. He was very spiritual!

Only one comment that we booked non-smoking rooms but the hotel gave us the smoking room so the smell was not so good. Please check customersโs request at the check-in time.

However there were around 10 mid-size blue spots on the white bedsheets that looked very suspicious
The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything the other bedrooms are sayingโฆ Or doingโฆ
Additional details that is not that important but the accumulation makes it annoying is that there is no bathroom matte so itโs quite slippery when you leave the shower

The room has air conditioning, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the child said that the bathroom is like a space capsule, which is very interesting. Breakfast is written with milk, yogurt, bread, eggs. Self-specified time at the front desk area, 10 o'clock ends, go late may not have milk yogurt. Overall it is still very good.

They work efficiently and even upgraded your room for free. Check-in and check-out were very fast. On the other hand, the facilities are complete and the room is very large.
