This time I brought my children to Fantawild. From the moment I checked in, I was very satisfied with the service. The lady at the front desk would provide warm water and hand towels. The details determine success or failure. You did a great job. Considering the children we had, we were given a free upgrade to the family room, which was very thoughtful. Then the overall environment of the guest room is very comfortable, the layout is warm, and a clothesline is thoughtfully prepared in the bathroom so that the children have a place to hang their clothes after washing. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious, and both the elderly and children enjoyed it. The next day when we checked in to renew our stay, we remembered the wrong date, and the lady patiently reminded us. Very satisfied with the overall service, guest rooms, restaurants, cleaning, and security! Looking forward to our next trip to Jiayuguan.

I booked a room for a business trip. It is located in the city center. There are many restaurants around the hotel. I don't have to worry about eating. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. The check-in experience was great, and free drop-off service was provided. Every service staff I encountered was warm and thoughtful, so I would like to give it a thumbs up. 這是一家讓我意難平的酒店，因為是新開五星，距離嘉峪關南站較近，價格也比較實惠，所以選擇了這家酒店。前台告訴我已經為了升級了房間，我還挺開心。進房間一看，窗外不遠是一堵牆，就打電話問是否可以再換一間視野相對好一點的。前台説可以，但讓我們自己拖着行李到前台換房卡。拖着兩個行李箱，在鋪着厚地毯的走廊上走是比較費勁的......我們拿到新房卡，重新上樓，結果兩張房卡都打不開，還好有客房阿姨幫我們開了門。又給前台電話，前台説要我們到前台重新刷房卡......進了新房間，裝修的氣味還很濃，我們馬上開窗通風，但衞浴裏的抽風是自動關的，房間沒有很好的空氣對流，效果不好。而且窗户沒有紗窗，四樓會不會進蚊子，這些都是問題。我到前台剛開口説，房間氣味有點大，前台妹子馬上回懟：我們是新開業的酒店.....我真的有點生氣了：我知道是新開業的酒店，但我也住過新開業的酒店，怎麼就沒有這個問題呢？酒店裡有沒有除甲醛的物品什麼的？前台很乾脆：沒有。酒店的硬件還是很不錯的，裝修現代低奢，床品和洗漱用品檔次都很好，中餐廳用餐菜品味道和服務都不錯。小瑕疵是房間馬桶下面漏水，慢慢浸出的那種，另外，早餐廳人多，但房間比較冷，熱菜也多是涼的或温熱的，第一次在五星級酒店裡沒有喝到現磨咖啡。酒店大門保安抽煙，維修電梯人員半開着通向院子的門抽煙，外面的風把煙吹到了樓內，一樓走廊充滿煙味...... 也許再過幾個月，房間裝修的味道就沒了，人員經過專業培訓，真的不把客人當匆匆過客，而是有緣在酒店相遇的朋友，酒店的生意就會越做也好。

It’s my second time to stay at James Coffin. It’s a unique hotel. The smell of coffee can be felt when you enter the door. You can drink coffee for free. It's just that the room in this hotel is relatively small and it's a bit difficult to get around. Everything else is pretty good. The room is air-conditioned and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. The children said the bathroom is like a space capsule, which is very interesting.
