對服務極其不滿意。
首先，酒店定位不準確導致司機送錯地點（距離酒店很遠，要拖很久箱子上坡），聯繫老闆後表示可以馬上讓他朋友來接我們，但是等了半個多小時才接到。
其次在退房的時候，早上6:24聯繫老闆詢問能否在十二點退房時幫忙將行李送下坡（入住時那位接送的“朋友”明確表示，我們退房時可以讓老闆幫忙送箱子，因為從馬路走到公寓樓要走過草地還有一些台階，拖箱子非常不方便），中途10:24、11:00再次通過微信、電話等方式聯繫老闆均無回覆，老闆一直到十二點二十（此時最晚退房時間已過）才回復説信號不好，沒接到電話，並且表示他沒有義務幫我們送行李，質疑我們為什麼不去聯繫前天入住時接我們的那位他的“朋友”，可我衹是希望老闆能在看到我消息後儘快回覆，也方便我做下一步安排。
衞生環境一般，設施一般，對於五百多一晚的價格來説性價比很低（我理解在賽季會漲價，但確實比同價位的其他民宿環境及服務要差很多，離起點其實也很遠）。
一次性拖鞋衹有一雙，毛巾等衹有一套，雙人床的床頭衹有一個插座還接觸非常不好，住了兩晚，衹有退房當天中午才有保潔來更換下一個房客的衞生用品。

民宿離滑雪場不遠，走路大概十分鐘的樣子，特別的大而且衞生説實話也不錯，老闆人特別好，周邊的吃飯和購物説實話還可以，價格和市區比起來偏貴，但是在可以接受的範圍內
