"The room was clean and tidy, with twin beds, probably 130cm wide. The pillows were just right, not too soft nor too firm, and the duvet was of a suitable thickness. Soundproofing was also excellent. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. The braised pork with mushrooms was surprisingly delicious; I even had a couple of bites of lean meat first thing in the morning – truly savory! If you're in a hurry, you can also grab a simple takeaway breakfast with milk and cake. The service was great. I had a late flight, and they kindly gave me an extended check-out time. Five-star review. I saw the rime ice, watched the Errenzhuan show, cuddled a snow fox, went ice fishing, rode a horse, and visited the Ice and Snow World. It's been an amazing trip, time to head back!"

"Super new, super clean and very cost-effective accommodation. I will stay here again next time I come. Location: The B&B is located in the third phase of the resort. Although it is farther from the ski resort than the first and second phases, it is less than ten minutes' walk to the ski hall. You can also find some hotels and convenience stores along the way. Don’t worry if you don’t want to walk, the B&B will provide a free on-call car service, which is very considerate. Environment: The apartment building of the B&B is very new, and the entrance of the building is carefully decorated. It is very beautiful especially when the lights are turned on at night. When I got out of the car with my suitcase and approached the apartment on the first day, I felt the strong atmosphere, tiredness and coldness. It also eased a lot. Hygiene: The entire room was newly renovated at the end of 2023. The decoration is simple but very clean and hygienic. The spacious suite is very comfortable to live in, and the heating is sufficient. You can wear short sleeves in the room. Facilities: The house is equipped with a washing machine, stove, and refrigerator. Disposable towels are provided in the bathroom. The smart TV is easy to connect. You will not be bored when you return to the house after skiing at night. Facilities: There is a breakfast shop and a large restaurant downstairs. The buns at the bun shop on the first floor are delicious. For two days in a row, we calmly had breakfast at home before changing clothes and going to the ski resort. It was very convenient. Service: The entire check-in and check-out are all self-service, which is very hassle-free. The customer service staff are very attentive and respond in a timely manner. The cleaning lady is also very enthusiastic."

The staff and management are the heart of this place; they go above and beyond to make you feel at home, creating a genuine sense of belonging that makes it feel like a big family. The hotel itself is outstanding. We stayed in a spacious suite with a private balcony offering beautiful views. Everything was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The range of facilities is superb, catering to every need. I enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the relaxing hot spring, while the on-site restaurants served delicious meals. For families, it’s a perfect choice. The children’s play room and arcade were a huge hit. As for winter sports, the hotel provides excellent rental equipment for skiing and snowboarding. What truly impressed me was the team of coaches—they are highly professional, yet incredibly friendly and patient, ensuring everyone had a great time on the slopes. In short, I cannot recommend the New Story Hotel highly enough. It’s the complete package: wonderful people, fantastic amenities, and a warm, family-like atmosphere. I simply can’t wait to return!"

"Second phase is really close to the ski resort. There's a supermarket downstairs, which is convenient. The bathroom is a bit small. The cleaning staff were quite diligent and kept the place very clean, but one night there was a bug on the bedsheet. The front desk staff proactively contacted guests via WeChat, which was a nice touch. Overall, it's pretty good."
