Zhanyun SALOMON Hotel Songhua Lake Jilin

It was a two-bedroom suite with a living room, and the space was decent. The only downsides were that the living room lighting was a bit dim and the bathroom vanity had limited counter space. The hotel's back door leads directly to the scenic area, and the complimentary cable car ride offered great mountain views. However, there were way too many bugs around this time of year—they were everywhere.

My first impression upon checking in came from the front desk staff, Che Chang and Mu Tingyu, and it was a great experience. The reception upon entering was polite, and the check-in process was handled efficiently. They explained the check-out procedure and nearby convenient spots in detail. Even when serving multiple guests simultaneously, they remained calm and organized, never neglecting anyone. Their service was genuinely natural, without forced pleasantries. This kind of reliable and comfortable service left a deep impression.

The location of the room is fantastic, right in the middle of the scenic area. This is my second time staying at Mount Emei Luhu Hotel (Zhanyun). The breakfast remains very good, and the room package includes ropeway tickets and the mountaintop zoo. The room is a duplex, with a sofa bed on the ground floor. The hotel has been open for a while, so the facilities are a bit dated. It would be even better if housekeeping could be improved. Overall, it offers great value for money.

This stay was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service from front desk staff, Che Chang and Mao Jing. It was quite cold outside when we arrived, but the check-in process was seamless and efficient, so we didn't have to wait long. They patiently and thoroughly explained all our questions about the park's transportation and facilities, and proactively shared important hotel information. Their service attitude was warm and professional, far from perfunctory. From the moment we walked in, we felt a sense of comfort that significantly relieved our travel fatigue. We are extremely satisfied.

I felt this was more like a guesthouse than a hotel. There were some minor issues during check-in, but the staff were proactive in resolving them. This was likely due to the large number of visitors during the October 1st holiday period and limited staff, leading to insufficient reception capacity, and the massive influx of guests impacting the management and service system. I hope the tourism industry in our great Northeast continues to thrive; I also hope Songhua Lake can stand out and rival Aranya, becoming a top-tier tourism complex in the Northeast.

The room was great, a good hotel for a trip. The room type and facilities were excellent, making for a very convenient and comfortable stay. The surrounding area is also very nice. I would recommend staying here.

The room has a balcony, and the bedding is very comfortable. Every cleaning lady I met was very polite. However, the Wi-Fi signal is very poor, the shower water pressure is very low, and there is no refrigerator in the room.

Great stay! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The whole hotel was excellent. They even brought complimentary fruit in the afternoon, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. My only minor complaint was that it was a holiday, so it was a bit crowded during breakfast and we had to queue for food as there weren't enough seats. The overall environment was lovely, and it's very close to the cable car. The soundproofing could be a little better, though.

What impressed me most about this stay was the front desk service provided by Wu Jiamei and Li Honglei. Their work was exceptionally organized, even during peak hours. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my detailed questions, such as breakfast times and elevator locations. They were friendly and attentive to details, never giving mechanical or perfunctory responses. Their efficient and warm service added a lot of convenience to my trip, making my stay incredibly comfortable!
