"The environment is beautiful and the service is excellent! My husband caught a cold, and the front desk manager on duty along with another young man brought him cold medicine and hot water directly to our room. We were incredibly touched by their kindness. I originally wanted to give a full 5-star rating, but then there was no hot water for showering at night. Even after running it for 20 minutes, it was only lukewarm. It was late, and we were too tired to deal with it, which was a big disappointment. Also, the lady making noodles at breakfast had a cold expression. I asked for beef noodles, and she gave me a bowl with lots of chili and a piece of ginger, making it inedible – another regret. Everything else was good, though. Parking was convenient, and the bedding was comfortable."

"It is still a very good experience to come to Songhua Lake skiing in winter, and the character is bursting. When it was sunny, powder snow, mist and pine, I realized it, too It will be cold, freezing to shivering, good weather and cold coexist, snow good people less YYDS Accommodation recommended snow in the snow field, it is recommended to come from Sunday to Thursday to be more cost-effective!"

"原本很少寫評價，但房東姐姐實在太太太好了！必須要給個好評！ 這次滑雪行程定的很匆忙，個別裝備忘記帶衹能臨時快遞過來，房東姐姐不僅幫忙拿快遞，還直接送到房間裏；朋友過來找我，因為她是新手需要戴小烏龜，原本是想問房東租，結果直接説借給我們用，也是非常貼心的送到房間！ 最後一天還是想滑，就問了她能不能晚一點退房，原本預期是幫我延遲到下午兩點或者把行李寄存在她那裡，等結束我再回來把雪具寄走，沒想到她直接讓我行李都不用帶出去，可以一直放在房間裏！讓我節省不少精力！ 設施：投影、冰箱、洗衣機等等均有，也提供了一次行馬桶套（永遠對主動提供的酒店有大大好感） 環境：山景房，走路到雪場大概五分鐘，我個人是每天揹着板子和鞋來回，有一丟丟累，但民宿整體的性價比讓我可以忽略這點 服務：沒得説！房東姐姐人巨好，親切熱情，有求必應，服務周到，下次有機會還要住這裏！"

As a high-end hot spring hotel under Gokurakuyu, Japanese aesthetics are integrated into every detail. The rooms are elegant and spacious, with premium and thoughtful amenities. Opening the window, you're greeted by a stunning, serene, and healing view of the snow-capped mountains. The location is absolutely fantastic, with an exclusive corridor leading directly to the ski equipment hall. No need to carry your gear; you can truly ski-in and ski-out, saving effort and hassle. After skiing, head straight to the Gokurakuyu hot spring, where the aroma of cypress wood fills the air. With both indoor and outdoor pools to choose from, the romantic experience of soaking in the snow is maximized, and all fatigue melts away. The butler service is meticulous, providing thoughtful care from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, ensuring you start your ski day full of energy. The hotel is well-equipped with a supermarket and a Japanese izakaya, fulfilling all your vacation needs in one place. MM31616****Stayed at Beidahu Ski Resort for 7 days, and it was a very pleasant experience. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we come to Beidahu. **Room size:** Plenty of space for two 30-inch suitcases and two snowboards. Having a private washing machine and laundry detergent was super convenient for washing ski socks and quick-drying clothes after skiing. Whenever we wanted to go to the ski resort, we just messaged the concierge in the group chat. The shuttle service was prompt, and they always made sure guests were on board. The entire process was well-organized. Just a small detail: We needed tissues after the cleaning lady had left for the day, and they were delivered very quickly. This shows that MT7 really puts effort into running their guesthouse. Some guesthouses at other ski resorts take forever to deliver things, or just don't have enough staff. The room was quiet, which was great for me as I have trouble sleeping; there was no noise at all. **One minor suggestion:** The cleaning staff sometimes rest and chat in the stairwell in the mornings. Perhaps they could keep their voices down a little. (The volume was actually fine, but I have very sensitive hearing.)
