He was incredibly service-minded. **Hotel Pros:** 1. **Excellent Cleanliness and Environment:** I'm quite particular about hotels, and this one certainly met my expectations. The family suite was very spacious, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and both the floors and sofa were spotlessly clean. The hotel even provided thoughtful touches like toilet seat covers, bathtub liners, and children's amenities. 2. **Superb Location for Exploring the Ancient Town:** The hotel's location was superb for exploring the ancient town. The front desk staff would arrange complimentary sightseeing buggies that arrived within minutes, which was very convenient. Alternatively, the scenic area entrance was just about a hundred meters away on foot. Hotel guests could also enjoy unlimited entry to the scenic area using facial recognition, valid until 12:00 PM the next day. **Hotel Cons:** 1. **Inconvenient Parking/Luggage Drop-off:** We arrived on a weekday, and cars were not permitted to stop directly in front of the hotel entrance. This was quite inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage. We had to walk all the way to the front desk under the scorching sun to request assistance with our bags. 2. **Duvet Too Thick:** The duvet was simply too thick. 3. **Average Breakfast:** The breakfast was rather mediocre. Neither the milk nor the soy milk was warm, which is an area that could certainly be improved. 4. **Rushed Room Preparation & Missing Amenities:** The room seemed to have been prepared somewhat hastily. The mini-fridge was empty, and the cleaning staff had to stock it later. The toiletries in the shower were nearly used up, and in the bathtub area, the individual mini-bottles only included shower gel and conditioner, with no shampoo to be found.

The room was nice and spacious, with two beds that were probably 1.35 meters long. It was very comfortable. The soundproofing was average, which is understandable given the building's design. The guests next door were extremely noisy, and didn't quiet down until after 2 a.m. Service: The housekeeper, Xiao Gao, was excellent. He contacted me the day before check-in to confirm my check-in time. Upon arrival, he was very welcoming and attentive, arranging luggage check-in, providing the inn's exact address, a guide to local restaurants, and even evening show times. He even made breakfast reservations for the next day. He was very thoughtful. I would recommend this place to friends.
