"It was my first time visiting Zhangqiu. I chose the Manxin Hotel. It truly exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and they upgraded us to a room with a view. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel has a self-service laundry room and a fitness room. They also have their own small garden, outdoor barbecues, singing performances, and a bonfire and fireworks show. Unfortunately, it rained and I didn't get to see them. I'll definitely go back next time."

At the Dragon Boat Festival, the hotel intimately organized guests to make sachets by themselves, which is both suitable and culturally meaningful. The children especially like it. The hotel is located on a small island. It is a lake view when you go out. It is very convenient to play in the water and dig sand. You can also rent a double bicycle to ride around the lake. The whole family is happy. The service staff is kind and thoughtful, and it makes people feel warm from check-in to check-out. Whether it is a parent-child holiday or a short-distance leisure, this is a cost-effective choice."

"Although very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed. The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me. The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from. I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could. Amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff members, you made it so easy."

"Both the hotel and Minghui Ancient Town are absolutely stunning! We booked two nights over the Qingming Festival and spent three days thoroughly exploring the ancient town and enjoying the hotel. I really loved the hotel's facilities and style. Our room overlooked a beautiful garden at the entrance of the ancient town, which was gorgeous. It was so relaxing to sip tea and enjoy the view from the window-side tatami, though I do wish there was a balcony. The hotel service was exceptional! All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. The hotel has its own exclusive entrance for boat tours, which was very convenient. We took the boat both mornings, but it's a shame it only covers the outer half of the ancient town. The hotel also has a private viewing area for the evening performance, with shuttle service directly there. Unfortunately, there were too few seats, so we had to stand, which led to obstructed views and some arguments among guests. Minghui Ancient Town is breathtaking – every single spot is beautiful! The spring water goes without saying, but what truly stands out is the exquisite design and high level of interactivity. It took us three full days to take in every detail and participate in just a few activities. I highly recommend not only walking within the ancient town but also going up onto the city wall and walking around it – it offers a different, equally beautiful perspective! We will definitely be back again!"

"Every Chinese New Year holiday, I always make sure to spend two days in Jinan, and I always stay at the Grand Hyatt. It's excellent in terms of both location and value for money, even though I have elite status with Marriott and Hilton, they just don't quite measure up. Plus, I've grown quite fond of this place. Every time I check in, I run into familiar staff who even remember my last name, which is a really nice touch! However, this time, I clearly noticed that the buffet's taste and quality weren't as good as before. My favorite lamb soup was gone, and my friend and I both felt that the dinner buffet offerings were a bit lacking. On the other hand, the service was still great. The young waitstaff came over to ask for feedback on the dishes and their taste."

During my stay, I suddenly felt unwell due to consuming cold food the morning before. I developed a fever, felt weak and fatigued. Being alone in a new city, feeling sick, and physically and mentally exhausted, I felt incredibly helpless. Just when I was feeling unwell and at a loss, I called the front desk to ask for brown sugar and explained my situation. Peipei, the staff member, noticed my unusual state and proactively approached me with gentle concern, patiently asking about my health. Her entire demeanor was gentle and meticulous, making me feel incredibly at ease. Upon learning that I had a fever, felt weak, and had an upset stomach, Peipei didn't hesitate. She promptly and thoughtfully brought me appropriate medicine, fresh fruit, and specially prepared brown sugar, taking meticulous care of my health. She considered that my discomfort was caused by cold food, and thoughtfully prepared warming brown sugar to help regulate my body, alleviating my pain and discomfort with her attentive actions. Though it's an ordinary position, she possesses the warmest heart. These seemingly small gestures brought immense comfort and warmth during a time when I was unwell and alone in a foreign place, dispelling the low spirits and helplessness brought on by illness. Throughout the entire process, Peipei was consistently enthusiastic, sincere, meticulous, and thoughtful, embodying your hotel's excellent service quality and human touch through her professional and warm service. Her customer-focused, proactive, and considerate service attitude made me deeply appreciate the excellent qualities of your hotel staff, and also made my trip, despite an unexpected illness, filled with warmth. Once again, I sincerely thank front desk staff member Peipei for her heartwarming care! "Stayed for 3 nights, location is very convenient, right next to the subway station. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast from 7am to 10am foods was ok, but some items were limited and not refilled, and no coffee provided. This hotel only has one lift, smoking are allowed in the lift made it very bad odour , too many deliveryman using this lift delivering food to the rooms, making the hotel no privacy, the room cleaning lady was very helpful and friendly. On the 3rd night at 1. 40am , all the lights in the room suddenly turned on, waking us up from sleeping , what an interesting experience for the stayed"
