"The environment is good, the yard is large, the room is clean, and there is a separate swimming pool. The children have a great time swimming there. The service provided by the young man is also very good. I will go there again next time."

"This is my second time staying at the Hyatt Regency Jinan, after four years. The hotel was originally a Wanda property under the Hyatt brand. The service is just okay, neither particularly warm nor bad. The room I was given wasn't great; the marble around the bathtub in the bathroom was cracked all the way around, which is a safety hazard and could easily cut a guest's skin. A room like this should be taken out of service, not assigned to guests. There were also a few hairs in the room, but it wasn't a severe issue."

"Booked a 2 bedroom room (with washing machine). The initial room assigned to us was stuffy, not cold and basin was leaking. The staff assisted by changing us to another 2 bedroom room. I would like that their service is good and they resolved the issue efficiently. No issue with new room, happy with daily housekeeping. They provided us sufficient drinking water daily. Definitely a good place to stay! Highly recommended!"

Exploring the ancient city was also a wonderful experience, and hotel guests had free access. There was even a special viewing area for the Spring Show. Overall, it exceeded my expectations."

Jinan Ziyue Meixiu Hotel

"The two receptionists at the hotel were great, parking was convenient, and the breakfast was quite rich and unique. We really liked their second-floor restaurant; the food was delicious. Our whole family was very satisfied and we'll definitely come back again. The only minor downside was that there were Buddha amulets being sold in the parking area right outside the entrance."

Shangri-La, Hotel Jinan

"Great location and, as always, the hotel is grand. The overall service was alright, but during check-in, I kept running into other guests cutting in to ask questions, which disrupted the service a bit! It would be so simple to just have an information desk or a lobby manager where people could get their questions answered. I’ve seen similar situations in other cities, and it just cheapens the overall experience. Details like this really reflect the overall service standard. They said they upgraded my room to one with a better view, which was a slight improvement over what I originally booked, but without a direct comparison, I can't really tell the true difference. It lacks the grandiosity of other luxury hotels, and the perks are pretty stingy. It's really just a big name."

"It was basically fine, though the standard of hotels in Jinan is inarguably inferior to Qingdao. The shower head could also definitely benefit from a replacement."

PUSHOW Hotel

"They are very accommodating for the early check in, and front desk staff are generally friendly. They hotel is old and appears to be renovated somewhat, but still look dated. Sound proof is terrible in a way that you can hear guests inside their room talking when pass by, no privacy, so whisper only if you stay here. The plus side is that it’s closed to DaMingHu, about 4 miles walk, or $2 cost for the DiDi to get there. Breakfast offers good variety of food, but the bacon is not real bacon meat. Overall, it should be a 3 stars hotel, not 4."

Ginza Mani Hotel (Jinan Olympic Center MixC Store)

"We booked a double room for the concert. The two receptionists were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel was easy to find. The room was larger than expected, with a great view from the window and bright interior. Yesterday, we left for the concert only half an hour before it started, and we were worried about not having enough time to get a taxi. But getting a taxi was surprisingly quick; it only took a few minutes to get to the stadium. After the concert, we walked back, singing along the way – it was very close, a leisurely walk of about ten minutes. The bed and sofa were incredibly comfortable. We even edited videos there after the concert. There was a large mirror in the room, which made for great photos. The bed was springy and comfortable; I slept soundly until 11 pm – it was so comfortable! I'll definitely book this hotel again for my next concert. And this hotel hasn't forgotten its roots; we booked a month or two before the concert, and when I checked back on Ctrip these past few days, the price hadn't changed at all. It was a truly excellent experience."
