However, I didn't expect them to have a new front desk staff now – absolutely no initiative and no service. This low rating is entirely because of the front desk. They have zero common sense. The key was already put down, and I had already said what needed to be said, but she kept asking questions. What else was there to ask when everything was right in front of her? They didn't bother to solve the issues during check-in and waited until check-out. And even then, they clearly saw I was unhappy but still didn't resolve anything on the spot. Afterward, they kept calling me relentlessly. Are you kidding me? You don't fix things when I'm right there, but then you waste my time later? It's too late to consider not giving a low rating; they definitely deserve the lowest possible score. The hygiene gets a perfect score because of the hard-working cleaning ladies; everything else gets the absolute lowest score."

This is what I always check when looking for a hotel. No sewer smell. I recommend this place."

"It was my first time visiting Zhangqiu. I chose the Manxin Hotel. It truly exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and they upgraded us to a room with a view. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel has a self-service laundry room and a fitness room. They also have their own small garden, outdoor barbecues, singing performances, and a bonfire and fireworks show. Unfortunately, it rained and I didn't get to see them. I'll definitely go back next time."

"Xueye Lake is quite large. This hotel seems to be hosting some conferences and events; the occupancy rate is decent. There are many other guesthouses and hotels nearby, but it doesn't seem very crowded. There's a boardwalk and a beach behind the hotel; it's a 5-minute walk to the water to play in the water, which is quite beautiful. The only downside is the sheer number of mosquitoes; I didn't dare stay outdoors for long periods."

A pleasant surprise was how close it was to Lao She's former residence. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a fresh spring water smell. For breakfast, there was a great variety of dishes, including fruits and cakes, and everything tasted delicious. The bed was very comfortable and soft. Overall, it was an excellent stay."

"This used to be the Crowne Plaza Jinan, a high-end brand, before it was upgraded to the Greenfield Intercontinental in 2017. The security and front desk staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic. The suite I stayed in this time had decent views, overlooking half Parc 66 and half Quancheng Square. The breakfast selection was rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, though I arrived closer to closing time and found the taste to be just okay. The TV in the suite's living room was oddly placed, not directly facing the sofa. I can understand why; the master bedroom door takes up a wall, and if the TV were centered to the sofa, the layout would look strange. Since I don't watch much TV, it didn't bother me much. However, the air conditioning was subpar. Even set to 16 degrees, it stayed around 26-27 degrees Celsius throughout the night, only cooling down slightly in the early morning and during the day. Overall, I'm still quite satisfied and hope the air conditioning works better on my next stay."

"Came to Jinan with friends and decided to try this hotel out, as it had pretty good reviews online. Even though we only stayed for one night, we had a really great service experience. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning was also excellent; Jinan's weather can be quite stuffy, but we didn't feel any heat in the room at all, just a comfortable, cool breeze. Breakfast offered a rich variety, a mix of Chinese and Western options, with many Chinese pastries, and drinks like soy milk were included. You could even get noodles made fresh. The service was great – we left something behind in the room, and guest relations manager Lorna promptly contacted us and helped us find it. She was very responsible. I'd definitely come back to stay here again if I get the chance."

I am a guest who recently stayed at your hotel, and I am writing this letter with deep emotion and gratitude to sincerely thank Peipei from the front desk for her meticulous, warm, and thoughtful assistance and care during my stay. During my stay, I suddenly felt unwell due to consuming cold food the morning before. I developed a fever, felt weak and fatigued. Being alone in a new city, feeling sick, and physically and mentally exhausted, I felt incredibly helpless. Just when I was feeling unwell and at a loss, I called the front desk to ask for brown sugar and explained my situation. Peipei, the staff member, noticed my unusual state and proactively approached me with gentle concern, patiently asking about my health. Her entire demeanor was gentle and meticulous, making me feel incredibly at ease. Upon learning that I had a fever, felt weak, and had an upset stomach, Peipei didn't hesitate. She promptly and thoughtfully brought me appropriate medicine, fresh fruit, and specially prepared brown sugar, taking meticulous care of my health. She considered that my discomfort was caused by cold food, and thoughtfully prepared warming brown sugar to help regulate my body, alleviating my pain and discomfort with her attentive actions. Though it's an ordinary position, she possesses the warmest heart. These seemingly small gestures brought immense comfort and warmth during a time when I was unwell and alone in a foreign place, dispelling the low spirits and helplessness brought on by illness. Throughout the entire process, Peipei was consistently enthusiastic, sincere, meticulous, and thoughtful, embodying your hotel's excellent service quality and human touch through her professional and warm service. Her customer-focused, proactive, and considerate service attitude made me deeply appreciate the excellent qualities of your hotel staff, and also made my trip, despite an unexpected illness, filled with warmth. Once again, I sincerely thank front desk staff member Peipei for her heartwarming care! I also thank Meihau Lizhi Hotel for cultivating such sincere, responsible, warm, and thoughtful excellent employees. I wish Peipei smooth work and all the best.
