DDima RezanovWe stayed in the capsule-style cottages and overall had a very good experience.
Pros:
1. Beautiful hotel with a well-maintained and attractive territory.
2. Easy and smooth check-in and access.
3. The cottages are located separately from the main building (about 500 meters away), creating a quiet and private atmosphere.
4. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and cozy, with fully working amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a projector.
5. Option to choose between a cottage with a jacuzzi or a private pool.
6. Very pet-friendly policy — pets are allowed with no extra charge or deposit.
7. BBQ facilities available; guests can use a grill, and the hotel can also provide one.
8. Convenience store in the main building with drinks and basic daily items.
9. Underground parking with EV charging stations, plus additional parking near the cottages.
10. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise — very diverse, with a mix of Chinese dishes and almost European-style options. Everything was tasty and plentiful, and there was a wide selection.
11. Guests can also take food in a lunch box to go, which is a great and very convenient option.
Cons:
1. EV charging infrastructure can be inconvenient at times, as the number of stations is limited and they may be occupied during busy periods, especially on weekends.
2. Food delivery is not available directly to the cottages — guests need to go to the main building to pick up orders from the restaurant. For us this was not an issue at all, but for some guests it might feel a bit less convenient, especially in bad weather or at night.
Overall:
A modern, comfortable, and quiet stay with excellent facilities and a very pet-friendly policy. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast and overall experience, and we will definitely come back again. A great hotel overall.

They were very accommodating with my requests for a high floor and a quiet, non-smoking room. The check-in process was quick upon arrival, and they even offered delicious tea. Breakfast was a buffet, so everyone could choose what they liked – very satisfied!

GGuest UserI initially chose this hotel for its downtown location, as it's a convenient 29-minute walk to tourist attractions, making shopping and dining easily accessible. After checking in, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, including a welcome fruit platter, local pastries, and drinks. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. It was also a nice surprise to have food deliveries brought directly to my room by a robot, which added a cool tech touch. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave me bottled water and 'wife cakes' for my journey, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel 😊.

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel for our family trip because it's super convenient for getting to all the main attractions by taxi, and the area around it is quite lively, so finding late-night food was a breeze. 😊 What really stood out was how energetic and enthusiastic the young staff at the front desk were. Their service was fantastic, pretty much fulfilling every request we had. However, since the hotel opened in 2023, some of the facilities already feel a bit dated and not very well maintained. The breakfast quality could also use a slight improvement to make it perfect! 👍

GGuest UserThis time I stayed at the CBD Wanshu Hotel High-tech Wanda Olympic Sports Middle Road store and had a great experience! The location of the hotel is excellent, it is very convenient to travel and eat. The room is simple and clean, the decoration is modern and beautiful, the twin bed is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and you can relieve your fatigue when you lie down, and sleep very peacefully. The indoor facilities are complete, the storage area, wardrobe design is practical, drinking water and toiletries are equipped in place, and the details are intimate. The overall environment is quiet and tidy, the hygiene is super in place, there is no smell, and the light is soft and the atmosphere is very good. Warm and thoughtful service, super cost-effective, this is the first choice for travel and accommodation in Jinan, highly recommended!

GGuest UserEnvironment: It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the Laotun subway station, which is very convenient.
Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently.
I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of.
Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all.
When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰
Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great.
Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great.
When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳
I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋

GGuest UserThis hotel is located in Jinan Gaoxin Wanda Plaza. You enter through Y1 gate and take the hotel's dedicated elevators (4 or 5) to the 19th-floor reception for check-in. The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.
