"1. I absolutely love the huge projector screen – it's amazing! You should come and watch Luo Yunxi as Tang Lichen in 'Shui Long Yin' with me! 🥰🥰 2. The environment is really good, and the room is spacious. I was pleasantly surprised by the large projector screen, and the bay window is a nice touch. Being on a high floor means it's not too noisy; I wasn't really bothered by the traffic below. 3. The bed was clean, but there was no hand soap or shower gel. Luckily, I brought my own soap, so it wasn't a big issue. 4. It's quite close to the high-speed train station, but it was still a bit of a walk. 5. The worst part was that one of the two complimentary water bottles had already been opened, and it wasn't replaced when the room was cleaned. That's really unacceptable. 😤 6. Despite that, I was still very satisfied with this stay. It was genuinely good. I don't think hotels should be nitpicked for being absolutely spotless; as long as the general cleanliness is fine, that's what matters. However, hotels really do need to pay attention to hygiene. A few minor flaws, but nothing that would deter me from coming back again."

"I've been staying at this hotel for five days now, and its location is excellent! 👍🏻 Just turn left and walk straight, and you'll find Kuanhouli and Shimao Plaza, which is super convenient for evening strolls and dining. The front desk staff are wonderful; they're very proactive in helping guests with any issues. The cleaning aunties are also great, always asking if we need anything or water. "Don’t expect robots here, the infrastructure has stone steps that don’t support it but staff is kind and friendly to help as long as you let them know what you want. Have been told that some people think the floor is dirty cuz is black stone but that’s just the Huizhou architecture feature. It is a departure from the usual modern hotels I have booked but I do like the oasis of calm and slow paced Jinan way of life in this hotel that is a marked departure from the usual pedestrian run of the mill hotels that can be found downtown."
