Romantic Hotels in Jinan

"If Tagore had come here back then, the Shanxi Hotel probably wouldn't have stood a chance. The biggest highlight of my trip to Jinan wasn't Daming Lake or Baotu Spring, but this hotel. It was a completely unexpected and fantastic stay. The service was top-notch, and the elegant Chinese decor was perfect for a solo traveler looking to relax and recharge. The hotel restaurant's food was delicious, and when they weren't too busy, I could even have it delivered to my room, then order a pot of wine and enjoy the serene atmosphere alone. However, some rooms don't have great natural light. The room I initially checked into wasn't very comfortable in terms of layout and lighting, but after I mentioned it to the front desk, they quickly moved me to a satisfactory room. Overall, the stay was excellent. I've saved this place, and if I ever come to Jinan again, I'll definitely be back here."

"1. I absolutely love the huge projector screen – it's amazing! You should come and watch Luo Yunxi as Tang Lichen in 'Shui Long Yin' with me! 🥰🥰 2. The environment is really good, and the room is spacious. I was pleasantly surprised by the large projector screen, and the bay window is a nice touch. Being on a high floor means it's not too noisy; I wasn't really bothered by the traffic below. 3. The bed was clean, but there was no hand soap or shower gel. Luckily, I brought my own soap, so it wasn't a big issue. 4. It's quite close to the high-speed train station, but it was still a bit of a walk. 5. The worst part was that one of the two complimentary water bottles had already been opened, and it wasn't replaced when the room was cleaned. That's really unacceptable. 😤 6. Despite that, I was still very satisfied with this stay. It was genuinely good. I don't think hotels should be nitpicked for being absolutely spotless; as long as the general cleanliness is fine, that's what matters. However, hotels really do need to pay attention to hygiene. A few minor flaws, but nothing that would deter me from coming back again."

"The room is large, the overall look is quite clean, the sound insulation is really bad, the vibration of the mobile phone next door is like in your own room; the room is also facing the parking lot, and every time the pole is lifted, there is a voice broadcast. It really affects sleep at night. If the quality of sleep is good, the hotel price is OK, if the quality of sleep is not good, it is really not recommended."

The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and shopping district, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient during check-in, patiently answering all my questions. The room was elegantly and cleanly furnished, with modern and complete facilities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, was thoroughly clean with no odors, and the toiletries were of good quality. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients and delicious flavors, satisfying different tastes. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!"
