"The hotel is super close to Baotu Spring, and the service was excellent. We chose the tatami room, and my kids absolutely loved the flat peaches. The local specialty gift they gave us when we left was a thoughtful touch. Everyone was very friendly and proactive in helping us. There was a bit of street noise since it's on a main road, but you can't have convenience without a slight trade-off."

The environment is really good, and the room is spacious. I was pleasantly surprised by the large projector screen, and the bay window is a nice touch. Being on a high floor means it's not too noisy; I wasn't really bothered by the traffic below. 3. The bed was clean, but there was no hand soap or shower gel. Luckily, I brought my own soap, so it wasn't a big issue. 4. It's quite close to the high-speed train station, but it was still a bit of a walk. 5. The worst part was that one of the two complimentary water bottles had already been opened, and it wasn't replaced when the room was cleaned. That's really unacceptable. 😤 6. Despite that, I was still very satisfied with this stay. It was genuinely good. I don't think hotels should be nitpicked for being absolutely spotless; as long as the general cleanliness is fine, that's what matters. However, hotels really do need to pay attention to hygiene. A few minor flaws, but nothing that would deter me from coming back again."
