First impressions last and while imprinted with “oh wow, the only hotel that officially offers early check in at 8am”Must be unconventional and with something more to offer right? Wrong! Chose the particular place because of this, breakfast spread, fully equipped gym, smart systemized rooms, close proximity to metro and attractions all based on reviews from previous guests (and pretty high ratings from the website) but! It’s all not true! It’s totally BS and overrated! How can the portal allow this while reviews can be misleading!?! Other than the gym is “satisfying” there is no coffee; not near to anything (like mentioned) clumsy room system (so-called smart) and I was reprimanded by reception staff for not confirming or calling in to check if checking in early is possible!!!!! Then why offer it as stated clearly in the introduction page! Why? It felt ridiculous but I make do, because I really needed a place to rest after driving for 6hrs straight.. not gonna revisit and also believe in those BS reviews again
