The hotel service is not good even inside room no have tissue papers when I asked from the reception he said we not provide tissue paper in room it means guest have to bring his own tissue papers secondly the wardrobe is very small

在線尋找目的地周邊酒店，僅這一家上星酒店。沒得選擇，被迫選擇這一家，結果，真是大開眼界，可以説，這是我住過的最垃圾的三星級酒店，沒有之一。酒店設施陳舊，床墊硬的跟板子沒有區別，衞生間狹小，設施老舊，放款臟亂差，地毯無處落腳，牆面骯臟，尤其是毛巾，堪比擦地的抹布。辦理入住的前台工作人員，一臉陰沉，如喪考妣、上來第一句話竟然是告訴旅客，房卡別弄丟了，照價賠償，**，****，處處彰顯垃圾，山東省會城市竟然還有這樣的酒店，就這服務，就這環境，還不如快捷酒店十分之一。竟然還評為三星級酒店，真對不起這三顆星，真是給濟南的酒店業長臉。
